The room was neat and tidy, when requested the second set of towels were brought up immediately by a very pleasant reception

The walls are relatively thin and the next door guests kept us awake till past midnight with their noise.

some spiders was inside the room, hotel it self is pretty old, breakfast are pretty poor. no possibility for dinner or a bar.

Air conditioning didn’t work; toilet seat fell off on first use, scruffy appearance, surly staff.

room was totally different than pictures. I have no word to descride how disapointed we were, the room was dark, old, humid, totally overpriced and again, totally different than pictures from the room pictures on booking: room given (24) was terrible: old dark humid small noisy...

Clean rooms ,quiet area. Breakfast was good and simple. Staff helpful. Easy train access into Paris and Versailles, after a 15min walk to station.

Parking was a little tight particularly in the evening but we managed though the hotel was busy. Very few places to eat near hotel.

The locations of the hotel is absolutely perfect for people who have a car and want to visit Versailles! The hotel was easy to find! room was comfortable a and the price was excellent! the staff was very kind!

wish the hotel would have sent us the code to get into the lobby then I would not have had to bother them. But the host answered the phone and was there to help in under a minute!

Staff was very welcoming and friendly, room was excellent (clean, comfy, great view to the back garden and I loved the mini fridge in the room). Location was in great vicinity to shops, Versailles, bus and train stations.

Very very limited options for breakfast.
