The situation of the hotel and the room design

I would prefer the washbasin inside the bathroom rather than by the bed

The location was excellent. Having the ability to leave the car parked and walk about was excellent.

As an American, the rooms were a little warm. A fan would be helpful.

The room was so dark that it was not possible to see anything during the midday without a light. It is because it looks right to the next wall. It is so depressing to leave like that for one week! And for quite a lot of money. There was no fresh air (again, the window stares at the wall) and the climate control was making a lot of noise but no fresh air. The personnel is ignorant mainly, and my request to exchange the room was declined without even a polite ¨sorry¨. The room looks very different from the picture. The breakfast is very sad and the gym is basically an old dining room without ventilation with only 3 machines. Will not recommend it at all, was very upset.

Good breakfast, great location, amazing facilities/room and friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff.

Hotel location, breakfasts, facilities, all this exceeded our expectations. There is a good balance between quality and price.

Location! Location! Location! It's directly at the main square of Trente. Relatively close to the train station and therefore a perfect location for those that later plan to travel through into the mountains.

Perfect location - it doesn’t get more central and the ciew is great. breakfast was pretty good with gluten free and dairy free options (except for the coffee which was really bad). bed was big and comfy, shower was also really great, very relaxing :) 2 bottles of water for free added every day in the minivar was also a nice touch

I has a room on the 5th floor that was right under the roof, which meant it would get quite hot and also it rained heavily one night and it was hard to sleep with the noise of the rain on the roof. overall it felt a bit impersonal - the staff barely said hi and bye when I checked in or out.

Good room with amazing shower. Very comfortable bed. Super clean. Kettle, coffee, tea in the room. Good breakfast. Good location, beautiful city.

Location can't be beat, and staff are great.
