Die Lage ist natürlich top, Sauberkeit und Frühstück allerdings unterdurchschnittlich. Wer die Wahl hat, geht lieber im Café in der Nähe frühstücken. Tagsüber war das Zimmer (nach Anreise) sehr ausgekühlt, es hat lange gedauert, bis die Heizung warm wurde. Im Bad gibt es sehr wenige Ablagemöglichkeiten, in der Dusche gar keine. Einmal Seife und zwei kleine Fläschchen Duchgel gab es. Für ein Hotel dieser Preiskategorie ist das erstens zu mau und zweitens nicht zeitgemäß, mit kleinen Einzelverpackungen (auch beim Frühstück) zu arbeiten. Das Frühstück muss für 12,- auch beim Obst und Ergänzungn mehr bieten, als ein paar Äpfel und zwei dunkle Bananen sowie drei kleine Fertigjoghurt aus dem Supermarkt. Aber erwarte ich dann eine Getränkebedienung und die Frage nach Sonderwünschen. Schön waren die Stofftischdecken, allerdings lag unterm Tisch noch eine Pommes vom Vorabend. Überall ist es etwas unsauber, besonders der Teppich im Zimmer war verfleckt und nicht unbedingt ohne Schuhe zu begehen. Der sehr schwache Badabzug schimmlig. Anreisepersonal war sehr freundlich, zum Frühstück und Abreise weniger. Da wurde auf die Bettensteuer geschimpft. Bei der Buchung wird man aber nicht darauf hingewiesen (8,-:Person). Schade um das Gebäudekonzept, was baulich ganz gut gelöst wurde, dem erwarteten Standart aber nicht entspricht. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer und von der verglasten Terrasse auf dem Dach sind allerdings klasse.

No coffee machine. The upper level where the bed is located is very low and rather warm. A bit more atmosphere in the room would be nice.

This place was perfect for our family with two school age kids. They loved the loft with twin beds, we loved the privacy. There were shared open spaces on each floor with some toys and books - perfect to keep the little ones busy. The location on the harbor was excellent - close to the aquarium, fish stands and nice views. An easy walk to the central attractions.

Excellent location, waking up looking out over the sea was blissful. The space was clean and comfortable though the upstairs bed was very warm at night and one should take note of the heigh restriction. We didn't have breakfast there so had little interaction with any staff but those we saw were polite. The upstairs seating area is lovely!

The information on booking.com was a little inaccurate, on arrival we phoned the hotel reception and retrieved the keys from a lock box. A kettle in the room for making tea or coffee in the morning would have been great, we later found there was something available in a common room upstairs.

Very nice location, stylish and new rooms. Very good breakfast - staff very friendly.

Unfortunately some cleanliness issues we could not oversee - especially in the bath room.
