Its on North Pattaya and its far from bus station. Lanai room its far from lobby and need To walk very far. No lift To the room n Only staircase To third floor!

The room is old and not well maintained; the phone , tv remote control, the safety box didnt work. The price and the quality dont match.

Beach and pool area is excellent. Food was good.

It’s a very family friendly place where kids can just play by the pool while u rest eat and drink all pretty tasty and fair priced

Facilities are quite old bathroom and room quite old I wouldn’t rate this 5 star hotel

We so enjoyed our stay at the Pullman G. Everything; staff, food, facilities, beach, were great. Special shoutout to food and beverage service staff: Ploy, Leo, Poppy, Peter, and new trainee Pop. Malee kept our room immaculate. With a smile and a "Sawadee," each worked so hard to make us feel special and our stay so pleasant. Thank you!

The beach is just right in front of the hotel which is not too crowded.

In room furniture and electrical outlets are very old. Most furnitures are made of wood. They are old and should be renovated. Hairdryer in the room can’t be connected to the outlets 😒. This shouldn’t happen at Pullman.

The room furniture is very old need some touch up. The breakfast is very good. The pool is nice with a lot of children on weekend.

They is not sheltered walkway to walk to the restaurant. We are all caught in the rain during dinner time.

Everything from the door and window to the toilet was old and noisy

The loudness and oldness of the hotel, the sound of the siphon on the upper floor, the sound of the terrace window and toilet door not being closed.

Room was very old and dilapidated. It is in need of refurbishment. Not worth over USD$100/night for sure for Pullman hotel standard. Bathroom is in need of a change. Shower wasn't great either. Buffet breakfast was ok- all placed in a small area of the restaurant.

The Breakfast provided was very good.. The beach front of the Hotel was excellent.. The staff were very friendly & helpful. All in all, the room we stayed in let the hotel down badly.

The pool access room was very run down & not 5-star standard at all. more like 2-3 stars. Access to the Pool from the room was also very run down & not enjoyable. I could not recommend this Hotle/resort due to the accommodation we stayed in.

The shower head was incredible!!! Pool area was fabulous, food at the beach club was nice. Breakfast selection of food was ok. Staff was kind.

Housekeeping was a bit slow, room still wouldnt have been cleaned yet by 3/4pm. Two bedroom apartment was just 2 connected rooms (felt abit cheated, i couldve just gotten 2 interconnected rooms for cheaper!)

It is perfect for family holiday.

Family room, the space of kid bunk bed between lower and upper bed is too low. My children bump their head many times. Upper bed has a conner of a ceiling which is dangerous for kids.

The property is a little old, bathroom shower leaked and wet the floor. Allocated a room on highest floor and there was no lift, so had to carry luggage up

the breakfast is defintely the best part about staying in this hotel. it has a very big selection of western and thai food. but there were so many people that we could bearling get a breakfast table for three.

We apparantely got a room upgrade and we stayed at the old building with pool access. even it was an upgrade, but defintely not worth 4k plus. there was no mini bar, tv did not work, there was not even drinking water in our room, and we had mosquitos all over, because the mosquito doors were damaged. the view was not very pleaseant, we could only see the pool and the car park. all the furniture look quite old and dark. in pattaya you get much more value for this price.

Should not have booked 2 beds room suite because the no. of rooms have limited. We couldn’t check in earlier as we have 3 years old son who were tired and wanted to sleep. The first front desk staff were not helpful, she didn’t recommend where is a good place to wait for 2 hrs such as the beach, swimming pool etc.

Hotel was clean and nice staff. The breakfast was very good great variety

Overpriced, too old/broken room, pillow/blanket uncomfortably, and amenities(shampoo/shower gel) should be improve.
