Cleanliness was not 100% Staff couldn't really speak in English

There was nothing good there.Mira ,the cleaning lady she was very polite to us and nice she was there for everything we needed .

One day we went at the hotel and a guy who works as a waiter there he invited us for a coffee and after we left on the next day he asked us to pay for the coffe that we had .not polite at all

We were visited at the hotel by a friend who went to the room for 2 minutes to change her bra. We were told that the room cannot be used for anyone else either because it is possible to go to jail if the forest catches fire... :))))) Also, if you do not consume, even as a hotel customer, you are not allowed to sit on the couches. Zero hospitality.

the facilities of the room were not enough and the location of the air conditioner was weird.. and also some things could be added for the rooms; shampoo, slippers etc.

The location was great , near to the famous party street in Laganas but it was far enough to sleep quietly.

The breakfast was very basic , almost the same every day with only a few options for you to choose . There weren't any fried eggs ,white cheese or sausages . The orange juice was nor cold neither fresh . You needed to get up early to eat something because the quantity was limited and it finished fast. Also they only changed our towels once during our stay of 6 night . We had to make a complain the last night of our stay in order to get clean towels.

Pool was nice, breakfast was grand, rooms were fine, balcony was very nice

Only issue was being charged an extra €120 on arrival without being aware of.

Perfect place to stay! Stuff is very kind and helpful!

The staff is just lovely and emphatic, almost new friends 😀 Facilities and cleanliness deserve at least 4 stars and it wouldn't be enough to really explain the real value.

Shower stall needs an additional door to make it more comfortable
