The room was really clean and we had a very large balcony all to ourselves. The venue has access to a rives and a bit of forest, so the place looked really nice.

We were drawn in by the amenities mentioned in the presentation, such as the sauna, fitness room and the ping pong table. NO ONE told us beforehand that NONE of them work. A short summary of the conversation would be as follows: Sauna? Under maintenance. Fitness? It's next to the sauna, so it's also under maintenance. Ping pong? Someone broke the table (or something related), so it's unusable. Board games? Yeah, we only got backgammon because there are parts missing from all other ones. Other than that, the breakfast was very limited. Definitely not something we would expect for the price range.

Not enough parking spaces.The bedding was not changed during our stay(8 nights).The cleaning is not done how it should be,especially in the bathroom,dust on the floor.Trace of dirt and dead flies on the tiles.The bathrobes were not changed during our stay.On the balcony, the plaster is peeling and the woodwork needed repairs because a plank was loose and threatened to fall.We did not eat at the hotel restaurant but the prices are high. 

We loved how comfortable the pillows were

We didn’t like the fact that the fridge was not functional.
