The room I stayed and was very comfortable. The location was amazing because it was less than 300 m from the entrance to Petra. Right outside the hotel they were many places to eat as well as shop. The restaurant was very nice and the selection for breakfast was very good. They also had a eating area that was carved out of the bedrock so you sat inside a cave and had a meal in style. The staff was extremely courteous, and took very good care of us. The restaurant manager was very good and the housekeeping staff were also very nice. The manager of the hotel also ensured that all our needs were taken care of. Wonderful hotel with private parking, Great location and wonderful staff

The location was perfect, just 2 minutes walking to the Petra entrance. Free private parking in front of the hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Comfy and clean room including tea and coffee options.

Everything was perfect. Location is so close to Petra city entrance, after couple of minutes walk , you can be in Petra. There is private parking for cars. We felt so comfortable and safe. We really like breakfast, dinner and all beverages. You can find almost whatever you want during your meal. Staff is very helpful and trying to make you satisfy . You can also find some coffee and restaurants near the hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. My priorities are a comfortable bed, a hot shower, and good wifi. Edom hotel delivered all three. The hot water maker in the room with tea and coffee was appreciated, as was the extra comforter in the closet as my daughter gets cold easily and the nights were quite cool.

The water pressure up high on the 8th floor wasn't very high. Understandable since water is surely limited there in the desert.

Hotel is very close to main petra entrance,just 5 min walking distance. Shops,markets,money excange were just down the road.. rooms are spacious,clean and maintained during the day.

Although check in is at 3pm we came at 4pm and still had to wait for one hour for our room to be ready instead for 15 minutes what we were told. The balcony is at the back street wich can be a bit loud in the morning and the prayer in the morning can be heard. We were 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and we got everything for 3 persons (pillows and towels).

The staff were the best !

Swimming pool is permanently closed. Shower water pressure was limited ... But I was on 7th floor
