Everything except the renovations on the lower floors of the hotel starting before 6am. For a budget hotel everything was ok except for the renovations on the lower levels beginning so ridiculously early. Woken at 05:30 by hammering and workers.

Noise from renovations on the lower levels starting before 6am. No respect for existing customers to begin hammering and grinding before 6am. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The room was really spacious and all the appliances were great. The staff were really nice, the reception and the cleaning staff.

I had a 3 nights reservation but had only 2 nights in the real hotel and I had to move for the 3rd night. I didn't take the room for the 3rd night and went elsewhere, the staff offered to reimburse me because of my decision which was a kind gesture. The room had not real windows, the only one overlooked another room. And the hotel's exterior does not look like the pictures online, either Booking or Maps.

Location was great, got hot shower ,aircon was working fine ,got hair dryer, bed and pillow was comfortable ,overall room and toilet was fairly clean No Windows in my room but got exhaust fan in the room and bathroom

room smaller than expected not enough space to put our luggage No iron box in the room, corridor very narrow sometime can be noisy but overall it was ok for the price that we paid

Rooms look nothing like the pictures on website. construction was happening in building from 6:30am and very loud. In general there was very poor sound proofing.

clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. Super central and right next to Ben Tran market. tourist offices on doorstep and we’re able to book for next day 👍 laundry service also available at hotel which was super helpful.

Doesn't look at all like pictures. No window in room. They started drilling and moving stuff at 7AM Was not clean enough. Plugs were not working properly

Triplet room was very small ;less than 200 Sqf as against 322 Sqf in website, and the receptionist charged an extra 3% when paid by card and on asking for the reason,she rudly said ,you can cancel the booking if you want because the property was fully booked.

Staff was kind and understandable.

Timeworn, dirty, and doesn’t look much like the advertised pictures. We came to an agreement with the staff to get an upgrade and left after one-night stay. Refrain from the rooms with window.

Hotel will keep our passport for how long we stay in hotel. It might be dangerous if anything happen outside, as hotel keep our passport

photos of lobby and restaurant were of a completely different hotel. The bath plug hole was blocked. The air con was weak and very noisy. The flooring throughout the hotel was filthy and the wifi didn’t reach our room. To top this all off we were woken up by our neighbours have sex!!!

My floor was very noisy at night. my friend and I were big in rooms without windows. I had no sleep at all.

Decent room.

Looks like it is aging. Sound like they were having sex next to my room. Elevator had to be remodeled as I heard construction. 500k for deposit to keep your passport or they hold your passport for free.
