Zimmer - funktional und neutral eingerichtet; nettes Personal, Das angebotene Frühstück zwar einfach, aber reichlich; unkompliziertes Ein -und Auschecken

Es muffelte im Zimmer. Unser längeres Lüften hat auch nichts gebracht, für eine Nacht und nur zum Übernachten beim offenem Fenster - war es in Ordnung. Mehr ... auf keinen Fall! Sauber, aber etwas älteres Möbel und "duftet" langsam...

Quiet neighburhood

Kettle is the most basic tool which was missing, a bin in the living area would be usefull The mattress top is not attached to anywhere and it keeps moving

Family room / apartment divided in two with a wall very convenient. Lovely pizza place just beneath the hotel. Really handy! Bathroom not easy for a person with mobility issues as the size was small but still can fit the frame. Communication with staff good so we were informed about it in advance. Cosy and warm. Thank you for having us.

The Room specious

There was no Recepion at day of our arrival, then I text property through Booking APP no one responded, after that i called the number for the property I been told to go to the restaurant outside to receive the key. Another worried experience i got during check out the hotel policy mentioned from 11 am to 12 pm i can check out however from 10:30 am they are knocking the door for me to leave

Clean and tidy room, plenty of space, excellent location for Hannover Messe. Close to the railway station, quiet area. Very nice people in the pizza place next door.

I sent a message to say that I would be arriving between 8-9pm. There was no reception, just a key box and I had not been sent the access code to be able to get the room key: I thought that I'd be sleeping on the street. The staff in the Pizza restaurant nearby took pity on me and saved the day!

I arrived the hotel and it was closed and no one was replying to the phone and i have waited around an hour till we figure out how to get the keys

very clean

Lovely staff, nice big room, great breakfast. Parking was easy and free just behind the building. The baby bed was waiting on our arrival.

The room was extremely hot without ac, we had the window open all night
