great location and overall close to beaches and restaurants as well as shopping in a quiet and private waterfront location

Interior of property was clean and we enjoyed the coastal decor. Bed was comfortable and enjoyed the outdoor space. Location worked great for us and Giti was very responsive.

The house is in a nice quiet spot with lovely views of the water from the deck. Giti is extremely friendly and cooperative. I do have to say I was surprised that we had to make the beds ourselves.....the sheets and pillow cases were folded on top of the bedspread....and that we needed to start some laundry before we departed, but I'm sure with the busy season, the housekeepers need to get a jump on things to turn over the house in time. I would probably rent again if I'm in the area.

The property's location was exactly what my husband and I were looking for to celebrate for our "big" wedding anniversary: a house in a quiet neighborhood directly overlooking the Green Pond (salty inlet) and access to other areas around Cape Cod. We loved the outdoor seating areas and the sunroom overlooking the water. A highlight was watching an osprey catching a fish and flying across the pond. The owner was great in helping us to extend our stay.

We enjoyed our stay especially the beautiful view from the deck. My kids even feature the view in a Tik-tok we made together. The location is great and we spent most of our time in the sunroom and deck.

Giti is wonderful and communicative. The home is conveniently located to just about anything you would need or want. Very peaceful. We very much enjoyed it.

The property was lovely and Giti was so helpful. The view from the deck is spectacular. One morning we even saw swans swimming nearby. The house was exactly as described and listed.

This is a great place to stay in Falmouth. With a spacious deck overlooking the water and a breezy front room it offers all that we were hoping for our Cape Cod vacation. The home is very close to the ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and the Falmouth shopping/dining area. The sunset sail on the Schooner Liberte was a definite highlight of our trip!

Home on ocean inlet
Lovely home with a small beach cove steps from the house. Falmouth beach within 2 miles where there is paid parking. But my 4yr old granddaughter and I enjoyed swimming in the ocean cove behind the house…..calm warm ocean water. House has many amenities (tv, grill, fire pit) and for us, the best was sitting on the deck watching boats go by and hearing and seeing the many birds around. Giti easy to communicate with; entry and check out easy. Thank you Giti ! We expect to see you again!

Absolutely Wonderful
Best place in Falmouth! Beautifully decorated and was great accommodation for 5 sisters to have space. The view of Green Pond and the balcony setup was well used, there is also a magnificently decorated sunroom. This property is more beautiful than described. Great for families and I “Highly Recommend” . Giti is great and will checkin to make sure all is well.

Very Nice Getaway House
This is a very pretty, well maintained property with plenty of room for the two couples who shared the house. It is located in a quiet neighborhood on Great Pond with easy access for kayaking.

Incredible location!
We had an amazing time on our weeklong vacation at this rental. The proximity to Green Pond was our favorite part - every quiet moment was made even more peaceful by being able to look out over the water, and at all the amazing local wildlife. We had never stayed in East Falmouth before and learned that there is so much to do in this area, never a dull moment. We brought our bikes and had an easy ride to the local beaches. The house was clean, airy, and met all of our needs. The fire pit looks out over the water which was a dream. Would certainly stay again

First visit to the Cape
Home was clean and close to shops, restaurants and beaches. It is in a very convenient location to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard as well, which we took advantage of. Our family certainly enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing getaway
Relaxing retreat for this worn out public health worker and her family of 5. Clean home and quiet location. Quick drive to beaches and wonderful restaurants when we weren’t relaxing in the sunroom or enjoying the view of the water from the deck.

Perfect place to spend the 4th of July
Beautiful decorated home on Green Pond in East Falmouth. Terrific views of the water with very comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. The owner really wants to make sure that you have a good time and we did!

Underwhelming
View was lovely. Home was clean. Deck was disappointing because it wasn't kept up.
The landscaping was overgrown and path to the door had no lighting to where the key was. Needs more of a feel of someone living there. Upgraded towels, light bulbs and quiet ceiling fan would have made for.a comfortable stay.

Quiet last-minute stay
Private, quiet. Pretty view of salt water pond. Space to fish in back. Very nicely appointed. Excellent customer communications with owner. All communication had to be done last minute because we were waiting for our (-) covid test. Owner was so nice and patient. Great weekend!

Just have a couple of minor suggestions- would be nice to provide paper towels and hand/bath soap (not sure if this should have been provided but missing at my stay). as well as an upgrade to the type of coffee that was provided. Sitting by the water is fantastic, especially at sunset! Would suggest some plastic Adirondack chairs already done there so we don't have to carry the deck chairs down. Overall, a great stay!

Lovely Long Weekend Getaway
It's a charming house on a lake. Plenty of space for 4 adults. Beautiful views from deck. Easy & quick access to lake with kayaks from backyard. There is no swimming in this lake, but there is a wonderful beach nearby (Menauhunt Beach) on the bay...so minimal waves. Quiet & relaxing neighborhood. Easy run to the beach. Host was nice and responsive.

Nice house is a great location!
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Located right on Green Pond, we loved the ability to easily get to Falmouth area beaches and restaurants, and also to hang out at the house and enjoy the water right off the backyard.

Sister's weekend
Giti's property was even better than the on-line description. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking meals, living spaces clean and comfortable. The deck overlooking the pond was a wonderful place to enjoy, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great location, near the beach and for walks. We definitely look forward to coming back!

Green Pond Retreat
A vacation property located directly on Green Pond, close to beaches, Falmouth, Woods Hole, etc.
The pictures are a true representation of the house and the pond views; clean, attractive, roomy, kitchen well furnished, house directions and check in instructions clear and easy!
The house easily accommodates 6 people,
Giti is a responsive host, answering my questions in a timely manner or calling me directly on the phone. Much appreciated!!
Oh, and did I mention the view of the night stars from the patio?? !!

Perfect Place for a Cape Cod Getaway!
This property looks exactly as shown in the pictures and as described. Four of us stayed four nights and while we didn't spend a lot of time at the house- too busy sightseeing! we enjoyed the time we did. The upstairs bedroom does an AC window unit and the downstairs is cooler- the upstairs living room/kitchen area/porch were a bit warm and humid (we stayed early August) but manageable with fans. Great location to everything in Falmouth, would come back again!!

Fun for all
We shared a wonderful weekend with some children going through the loss of their father and chronic medical problems for their son. They loved fishing and swimming at this wonderful home. The owner was very gracious and attentive. This place will not disappoint any family looking for wonderful memories!

Great spot for a getaway
Beautiful location on the lake/inlet. Plenty of scenic views and seating to enjoy the outdoor weather. Good location for heading to other points of interest on the cape. Most require a 10 minute drive from the house at a minimum. House location is convenient with access to major roads. Neighborhood feel to the property and allowed for two couples to be comfortable within house.
