Very nice to place. Clean. Quiet, and enjoyable

Absolute gem. Family friendly. Room 420 was huge! Beds were incredibly comfortable. Showers were hot with ample water pressure. The grounds are well laid out. The pool was clean and not over chlorinated. The staff were super friendly and courteous. Will definitely be back.

Natalie at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. She was the 1st face we saw at the hotel, and truly set the tone for our stay. We stayed in a 1br (2 room) suite and it was perfect for our family of 5! Two of us slept on the pull out couch in 1 room, and the rest of us on the king sized bed (mom, dad, and baby). The only thing that wasnt that great was the pool bc it was cold! But the jacuzzi in our room helped with that. Our kids truly enjoyed it! We cant wait to come back when the weather in nicer to enjoy the beach (just across the st) & he super nice playground on the property. Plus the outdoor pool of course! This place is amazing, it’s clean, organized, well managed. The staff and housekeepers are so friendly. My family and I stayed 6 days, 6 days of serenity with an ocean view. Highly recommended, just a wonderful place. Thank you Innseasons!

We enjoyed a family trip. The 1 bedroom apartment was very well kept. Full refrigerator, stove, microwave. 2 bathrooms + Jacuzzi in the bedroom. Indoor pool. Outdoor seasonal pool. Playground. Right across the street from the ocean! Private balcony. Comfortable beds. 2 closets. dresser drawers. Wonderful relaxing stay. I would recommend staying here to everyone!

Of the mini great things about Innseason Surfside, is the exceptional cleanliness of the room and facility. The staff are always so pleasant and hospitable. Ready to answer any question you may have about the area. The indoor heated pool and hot tub are also super clean.

The property was beautiful across the street from the beach, lovely place to walk. Room had everything you needed for a perfect stay. The in room jacuzzi was a treat. It was perfect

This is a well maintained and well run resort.

We had an excellent vacation at this resort. Have stayed here before and will definitely be back. The units are clean and equipped with everything you need for a long stay as a family. The properties are well maintained. Our son loves the playground!

Was very happy here! We have been before and always look to see if there’s availability. The rooms are always clean! The area is fantastic. Having to look out at the water in front and the bay in back is a plus! You have 2 pools awesome one inside one out. Was dissatisfied the hot tub was closed but not much you can do about that. The staff is pleasant! Cant wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay here. The bed was very comfortable relative to other places we stayed on the cape. The beach is very convenient across the street. The air conditioner was in a very awkward place right next to the bed at head level. They should have placed it 2 feet higher and there is very little counter space in the kitchenette area otherwise all was well.

Unique location. Loved the rooms and amenities. Not being able to check in until 4pm and check out at 10am is quite restrictive. Our room was not ready until 4:10pm!!

One of our best stays out of hundreds in the US. Spotless and nothing left to decay. Extremely well up-kept and clean. Good base for cape cod; tops is 1:30 hr to the provincetown side. Kitchen very well stocked, big baths, a huge balcony and super comfy beds.

Very clean! Even all the windows and doors very clean! Very comfy! Nice kitchenette stocked with coffee, paper towels, plastic bags etc. easy check in with friendly helpful staff. Perfect for walk on beach or a bike ride on the local path! We will be back… plus they called (personally picked up the phone!) to tell me I’d left my sweatshirt!

We were looking for a peaceful getaway and this stay fit the bill. No one bothered us at all. It was quiet and clean. Just perfect.

We love all the Inn Seasons and have stayed at most now. But really enjoyed this one for the river and ocean front! Such a cool spot just minutes away from the downtown! Our tv broke in our room and the front desk came up to fix it. I also got a flat tire and Daniel from management actually changed my tire for me and got me all ready to go so I could make it to the tire place. I took a last minute trip with just my two daughters during their school break and we had a wonderful time. Absolutely did not want to leave! My only constructive criticism would be that the pool was a bit cool for what we are use to, but that is really just a small detail. Kids still swam and had a great time anyways! We will most definitely be back here, next time with my husband and kids! Can’t wait to get back to the Cape and stay here again! And thanks again Daniel for the car help!

Nice overall stay

InnSeason Surfside was a perfect place to enjoy some alone time. I usually did hear other guests while I was in my room. The beach access was convenient, and it would have been much nicer at a less windy time of year. As a solo traveler, I would have enjoyed an additional manual lock inside the front door. The selection of dishes and appliances provided by the resort was really nice.

The front desk staff knowledgeable and friendly.
