Huge pool, and close to the sea. Very spacious room, especially the covered terrace. Good location with many restaurants within walking distance. Lovely breakfast overlooking the sea with lots of fruit and good choices! Eg pancakes! We found some of the best souvenir shops in DR in this town!

WiFi was a bit annoying - slow. Also found sunbeds uncomfortable.

Incredible food,very nice employees, beautiful beach and a very clean place to stay.

Traffic is a little bit heavy on street but nothing to do with the hotel facility.

great location across from las terrenas beach and a short 7min walk to popy beach. hotel was also located next to a lot of dance clubs at night.

everything was perfect… just wish the shower water would remain hot for longer than ten min. it was a bit cold during my stay and it would’ve been nice to warm me up!

They interrupted our cooking time complaining about loud music. It was December 30th before 9pm. I received a text message from the reception asking to low the volume of the music. I replied the quiet time was at 11pm it was posted along all the apt. Rules. Also we were cooking dinner together chatting and listening to music from my niece speaker. We didn't bring a big speaker to have loud music. They said that someone complained. We spent close to thousand dollars to have fun with the family. The kids were playing cards , adults in the kitchen cooking and playing everyone favorite's song and talking about memories. How loud the music could be to be able to do that. It was the end of the year. Other apartments had music too. They should be mindful before sending messages when they posted specific quiet time. I play by the rules, that's the first thing I check every where I go. That's why I was so disappointed. The staff admitted that the music wasn't loud but some guests don't like it. They also mentioned an eco problem in the building. They totally ruined our moment. We turned off the music but my brother in law was mad about how ridiculous the situation was. We spent crazy money for that trip, flight tickets, transportation, hotel. And around 8:40pm they interrupt us for nothing. That place it's not for vacation is more like a retreat. I won't ever return.

Breakfast times were generous. 7:30 through 11am. Staff and service of freshly made eggs or pancakes was quick and efficient. And fresh cakes every morning!

Breakfast was good, the nearby beach is nice. there was a water dispenser in the kitchen. equipment of the kitchen was good.

Air conditioning only in the bedroom. the bed cracks with every movement. the mattress sags. there is no real wall from the "living room" to the terrace. The rooms offer no noise protection (against loud music of the locals, noisy guests at the pool until late at night, parties in the surrounding hotels until late at night, traffic....).security doesn't care that people are still making noise after 10 o'clock. the pool was full of adults drinking gallons of alcoholic beverages. hopefully they had a good bladder.
