You have a great receptionist named Hamodie, he was very cooperative and helpful for us. He has a good attitude with the customers. He provided us an excellent service

The staff were nice and I had an easy time talking to them. At first we had an issue with the bathroom lock and the air conditioning and they sent someone to deal with it immediately. As our stay was planned on a very short notice, we chose this hotel randomly- we were pleasantly surprised to know that once you’re checked in the hotel you have access to lots of freebies- like soft drinks at the bar, popsicles and alcohol. Dining room was superb, food was delicious, though situated at their sister hotel and not the one we were staying at. Pools were great, lobby felt calm and clean, the ambiance felt good. You get a good view from most suites, but you can get a view from the lobby as well. Is near a bank and very close to nightlife spots. I would come here again and recommend others to come as well.

Hotel did feel kind of old, no shampoo/conditioner/body soap supplied. There was a lone kettle in the room but no coffee/tea- those were in a coffee station in the lobby instead. Pillows weren’t too comfortable.

The food

The staff was welcoming and the food was pretty great, the pool was also nice. We had fun at the hotel overall, to point out a few things, the room is not identical to the pictures(much smaller bathroom), and the hotel management should notice and fix that ASAP, and the prices were ridiculous, but that's just the time of year

The pictures showing online are totally different in reality, do not trust the pictures they showing you on websites….the hotel is very dirty , pool overcrowded, people smoking everywhere , (should have a regulation )also the parking (front) is public …. Very dirty, garbages everywhere around cars , very stinky….do not recommend this hotel .

Lots of free parking, the property is about 5 minutes far by car from the shore and most of the malls.

Two years ago I had a vacation at the same hotel I can say with no doubt that the food was much better then, and children were taken into consideration in each meal. This time there were very little consideration to children. Also, there were lots of essentials missing in the bathroom for days like soap,shampoo, towels and when I talked to the receptionist they took care of it v. Quickly but I was told that the housekeeper didn't know that he should be putting those things in bathrooms!! Also, some staff members showed no care for hygiene, one bar woman was cleaning the floor and when finished she got the floor wiper squeezed with her bare hands and then came to serve us drinks while putting her dirty hands and fingers inside cups and glasses.there were some flies in the food court over the food.We really looked forward to having a good staying in this hotel just like we had 2 years ago,unfortunately we got very disappointed. It can be said that the property is overall clean,but some staff members showed little or no hygiene at all and acted as they were growling and had twisted faces into a grimace as if they were disgusted and all of that with no consideration or respect to the feelings of the guests around. It was obvious that they were not happy and not engaged in the work place. It was a little bit bothering to stay in one property (Nervana Suits) and had to go out back and forth several times aday to another property (Nervana club) where the food court is. Although,the two properties acted as a single one, once I needed to ask for or complain about something regarding one property , I was told that the issue is not of the business of the property and I was refered to the other property to handle my request. During our stay for 5 days there was a vert bad strong smell of sewerage from the property outside our room, the same smell was so strong inside the playing room with game machines were kids are supposed to be playing!!!

Very comfortable. The staff was accomodating . In general the food was ok. The hotel is located in central location

The water in the swimming pool was very cold. The food was good, but missing variety of salads and hot dishes.
