Clean modern venue, good breakfast, pleasant staff. Pleaseant breakfast restaurant. Not expensive.

Basic in-room facilities. No tea, coffee, or other available in room. Very firm beds.

The hotel is lovely decorated, the staff are incredibly nice and the restaurant had delicious food. We were staying over the weekend with a baby and they had nice quality cot and high chairs in the restaurant.

The only complaint I have is that we booked a room that on the photos featured a balcony and a separate small room/area. when we arrived the room didn’t have a balcony and a separate area and when I raised it with reception I was told that the other “Superior Triple Room” has these features, but ours doesn’t even though they are the same grade. That’s odd to me, as obviously there’s a difference in the facilities. But again, the staff were super nice, so I didn’t make much fuss about it.

The best thing about this hotel is the friendly staff. That might be because I'm learning Czech and they never make me feel stupid even though I'm communicating at the level of a three-year-old. But how else do you learn? The property is ultramodern inside, all white, and really quite funky. I love it. There is also an excellent restaurant and the pride includes breakfast from the buffet.,

Exchange scam when we paid for the room if you calculate we had to pay 10% more then the confirmed price. Payment directly in euro not possible. Breakfast can be better.

Very clean, cozy and confortable place . The staff is very helpful. We enjoyed our time at the balcony and in the restaurant in the evenings. The location is also nice, even if you travel with children, the sightseeing places are within walking distance.

Best hotel in the region! For the money, is excelent in every way. Food, services, rooms... everything is perfect :) Really kind personel, lot of space for parking a car.

we get even the better room than we booked, nice surprise. basically everything was perfect. room was clean, spacey. Breakfast excellent, plenty to choose. and definitely recommend dinner in restaurant.

All around best hotel we stayed at in a 14 day tour of Czech Republic. Food was great in restaurant, staff very friendly, facilities were efficient, attractive, modern, clean and spacious. Free parking was a great plus.

It was hard to find because the hotel doesn't have signage. Apparently it has been ordered but not delivered for the 8 months (hotel is new). And the photo on booking.com doesn't look like the updated hotel from the street. Only other negative was too long wait for our entree at dinner.
