Nice hotel with parking and pool

Restaurant was closed, bit of a walk into town

it is a beautiful looking hotel, very well appointed.

Lovely, peaceful location. Very helpful staff. Looks to have been recently refurbished.

We are a retired couple and are used to sleeping in a super-king bed so we booked a room with an extra large double bed. The room was very large, the bed headboard was extra large, but the bed itself was the smallest double i have ever seen in 50 years travelling and staying in alltypes of hotels. Not onlt that, the mattress was so old and soft my wife and I had to cling to the edges of the bed to stop us rolling on top of each other. And then there was the lovely refurbished extra large ensuite wet room ........ with no door so effectively every bathroom activity was wide open to the bedroom. Finally we couldn't get any dinner as the dining room and kitchen is closed on Friday evenings and weekends. I'm afraid to say these things spoilt a lovely, albeit way over-priced hotel stay.

The room was very large with a beautiful balcony. The swimming pool is in a nice garden area and breakfast was very nice. It is possible to walk to Mont de Marsan city centre

Food excellent.

There is only one floor above ground floor but no lift. Could be difficult for some guests, although help was offered to get luggage upstairs. We told receptionist about the lack of a safety handle in the shower, as one had to climb over the bath.

Fantastic hotel with all the amenities to have a wonderful rest. We stayed just but night but we will be back for sure. Great service and attention from hotel personal. My dog was very welcome as well .
