Lovely rooms and pool, great location

Says restaurant on site but in the evening just a couple of covered dishes as a serve yourself buffet? Went quite early and already most of it gone. No idea what was in the food and no way to select. Then again in morning sign on reception said breakfast 7-10 but literally no staff around or any sign of any food

Located in a convenient area for the airport, bus to town, and local beaches. We booked deluxe studio with a sea/pool view room, which was actually over the sometimes noisy car park (people keep their engines running for the a/c), and the 'seaview' was extremely limited, and pool invisible. Small balcony with black metal furniture which is uncomfortable and gets hot! Large, airy room with good a/c. Kitchen is fairly well equipped. Bathroom was basic. Wi-fi was awful. House-keeping isn't daily but staff were always friendly & helpful. Bar/restaurant was closed. Overall the hotel needs to up its game for the price. A general refurb and upgrade of amenities needed.

Not a resort or destination hotel. Good for a night or two.

It was peaceful, and so easily accessible. Mere minutes away from the airport which was great 🙌🏽. Breakfast was great and the fully stocked bar 🙌🏽

The wifi connection wasn’t great at all from where my room was situated, i had to sit out by the pool area and bar to get proper connection. There also should me more options on the breakfast menu inclusive of fruit options for after the main course portion. The mosquitos and flies around were quite bothersome.

Meal service was very slow.

The second room provided was excellent.

The first room the AC wasn’t working. Loud music played on a Saturday from 10am to 8pm. It was blaring. Same thing happened at 7:30am on a Sunday and I had to call the desk.. the music level and noise was terrible

The walk to access public transport. This can be easily solved by renting a car.

My first night Carol upgraded me. It was a lovely suite overlooking the pool and she was very kind. There's a dollar bus at the bottom of the road to get you everywhere. I also loved Magazine Beach and it was walking distance. The pool is great and on my last day I had the best roti lunch I've had so far..Goslyn at the front desk helped me with a problem airline reservation. He was so patient and he set it right. I loved everyone there. I would definitely recommend Grooms Beach Villa and resort
