Really nice property with nice scenery. Room was really clean and comfortable. Was right next to the pre party beach club so really easy for that. Lovely Thai restaurant next door which was nice and cheap.

Not really on a beach. Ocean come right up to the wall all the time so can’t really access a beach.

Prima kamer, lekker bed.

Kamer veel kleiner dan foto doet vermoeden. Zeer prijzig voor wat je krijgt, kwam ook door full moon party. Taxi geregeld door hotel was een stuk duurder (30%) dan als je zelf een taxi boekt. Wifi werkte slecht.

It was located really close to the beach

The staff were not helpful at all. There was no running water for two days, and my motorbike helmet was stolen from the hotel. Which cost me 1kTHB And the hotel staff did not care. There were huge cockroaches under my bed. I stayed for 4 nights. And my room didn’t get serviced once. There’s never any staff around at reception to ask for help and when there is. They don’t help.

Beautifully clean, amazing spot for views, can see water from bed! Fab! I just didn't like Baan Tai very much.

The beach was not suitable for swimming 😔

Friendly staff. Offered free coffee, tea etc. Location was great. Spacious rooms and hammock on balcony was a nice touch

Everything was great until the last night of our stay. Infestation of Ants appeared in the bathroom out of nowhere. Maybe because we were on the beach. Bug spray was provided but more needs to be done to keep bugs away. Infestation was not an exaggeration

The property is a nice row of bungalows leading onto a seafront. Not so much beach but nice anyway.

Despite offering 1kg for 50baht laundry, I was TRIPLE CHARGED 150baht after the fact. 3 other laundrettes had already washed and weighed the amount of laundry I gave and no-one had ridiculously overcharged me so much. I’d post a picture of the 6 items of clothing if I could. Staff were not there for my checkin and I waited around for 30 minutes.
