The location of the apartment.

A horrible night in a very dirty apartment. We booked for 5 nights; we had to leave early the following morning. The air circulated through air vents full of dust making it unbreathable. Behind the headboard of the only double bed was also full of dust as were the window frames, corners, and curtains. The towels and bed linen were old and worn out. There was not even a coffee maker. We texted the host who at first suggested sending a cleaner the following day, and later she said we can go to another apartment! As we arrived late at night, at 10:39pm we were left with no option than to spend the night. At 7:30am we checked out. Anyway, the host charged the full amount for the horrible night we spent. This is not a 4-star apartment as advertised. Pictures available.

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Helpful owner. Good wifi. Well equipped kitchen, big refrigerator. Air conditioning worked well. Quite good location, supermarket, beach and restaurants next to it

Thats actual not excatly a bad thing, but if you travel in this time then bring your slippers or flip flops because the floors are cold.

There was a cockroach in the bedroom on arrival & the bathroom towels were a joke.

Downstairs through the garden to the beach. Bus stop outside to Valencia city.

The balcony doesn't receive a lot of sunshine during the day.

We liked the location, close to the beach and key facilities - buses, cafes and a great supermarket. We liked the garden metres from the beach and the shaded balcony for drinks and meals.

Very happy with the apartments! Right on the beach, great view from the balcony, you can actually see the sunrise. Air conditioner worked really good. The balcony is perfect, you can both enjoy breakfast while it´s sunny and not very hot in the morning, and in the afternoon you can read a book in the shade with no direct sunlight. The apartment is not big, but they put mirrors everywhere, so it seems much bigger, good decision. Your own parking place. Bathroom is fine, everything was clean.

Just some things you should take into consideration about the location: Maybe difficult to reach if you don´t have a car or a scooter. City center is like 20 minutes by scooter. The sea is clean in the morning but is pretty dirty in the afternoon, and for what we understood, it is a popular place for locals to come. It is not very crowded, but still, city beach. And important for some people: the type of the sea is when you walk, walk, walk endlessly towards the horizon and the water is still up to your knees only. Great for kids, not so great for swimmers.
