La ubicación.

Las sábanas y toallas tenían manchas. Había polvo en la habitación y en la ducha también había manchas. Hay hoteles por la zona que solo cuestan un poco más y el salto en calidad es notable.

The hotel is still being renovated, we were settled not at 14:00, but at 16:30, our room was after the builders, there was dust, plaster on the walls in the bathroom, the smell of paint, it was not pleasant, then the electronic lock broke, we could not get in to the room, then the lights were turned off 5 times, it was uncomfortable, the hotel could compensate for this with a udin or a refund of part of the money, but we were not offered anything

The only two good things about the property were a decent location and a nice staff at front desk.

The room was dirty and had windows with permanent shutters, it smelled of cigarettes, the toilet didn’t have a working flush but a bucket to fill with water and pour it down the toilet (!!!!!!!!), the shower was mouldy and the bathroom sink was clogged. The bed sheets were dirty and stained, had to sleep on my clothes and towels not to touch the bedding. Tragic…

Hot water for showering

Next door to a night club called Mambo. Party goers shouting in the street then coming back to this hotel knocking on doors and slamming them all night. The bottom of the wardrobe was dusty.
