the property is well maintained and clean. The location is very quiet which for me and my wife was great. Maria, the owner is amazing. She makes our staying as if we were at home. Maria”s mother also work preparing daily breakfast with a big smile. She reminds me my grandma taking care of us during our breakfast. I have loved everyone there. I look forward to returning Perissa Beach.

Very friendly hospitable staff, quiet area, beach, shops, restaurants nearby. I recommend to take room with seaview and balcony. Very good value for money. Pool area nice, big clean pool with bar. You can order anytime food, drinks. The club sandwich made locally was just delicious! The hostess helped us with everything we needed- organised airport transport and even let us keep our rooms hours after check out time.

Very nice room, spacious and had everything you would need. Staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful with any needs! Breakfast was an added bonus every morning! Poolside bar great as well. Would happily recommend to others and we’ll be back!

The stay felt like home. The location, standard, pool - all was perfect. The highlight is the home atmosphere and friendliness of everyone working in the hotel. Maria was very helpful, gave us all the advises we needed. She took care of our wellbeing and the daily small talks were always the best to start the day. Artemis and her delicious specialities preparared daily made the breakfast an unique Greek experience. Also the beach bar with drinks & delicious food enabled us to stays hours at the pool. We would give more than 10stars if possible :)

That was my first time in Santorini, i absolutely loved this hotel, i am really happy that I had a chance to stay in this lovely, peacefull place. This hotel has its own charm, really good and calm energy. Thank you, Maria, for being exceptionally kind and helpfull, in this hotel I could feel love and being truly welcomed :) Location is perfect, the sea is nearby, and the pool - is big and clean, and also there is an option to get drinks by the pool. Eventhing ir clean and well looked after, that is a family hotel, and I could feel that lovely aura in every corner of hotel. Breakfast was in included and really good for the price, I recommend. I enjoyed every minute of my staying, thank you so much, Maria & Family and the cute dog :) I would definitely stay in this hotel next time when I am visiting Santorini. Highly recommending :)

The hotel is impeccable and very stylish. The hosts are very friendly and eager to help. It has a large pool we did not use. Quiet, yet only 3' walking away from restaurants, cafes and the beach.

Nothing really!

The location of the hotel on the foot of the mountains and close to the most beautiful part of Perissa beach is amazing. Maria upgraded our room to a maisonette with 2 floors, beach and mountain view, which we loved. The whole hotel is very charming, has a great and calm atmosphere and Maria is one of the kindest hosts I can imagine. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely come back, if we are in Perissa again.

Absolutely nothing to complain

The hotel offered a generous continental breakfast which included delicious home baked mini cheese pies and homemade omelettes. The pool is large enough for exercise swimming as well as relaxation and very clean. The pool area is overlooked by beautiful eucalyptus trees. The beach is very long subdivided by rock groins which attract marine wild-life - perfect for snorkelling. Along major portions of the beach bars and restaurants provide sunbeds and umbrellas, free to use providing you buy drinks / food.
