Room, pool, shower pressure. Staff helped with late check out requirement.

Staff needs to be a bit more friendly and smile once in a while.

Location was good, short walk into town

The rooms are very basic. We got a blanket, but our friends just had a sheet. A lamp would have been nice.

There was no breakfast

Some lamps and a blanket on the beds.

The staff is very nice and caring. The bed was comfortable.

Hotel in a good location. Clean and comfortable hotel room, good sized room with good service and breakfast. Convenient to restaurants and attractions in the area.

The pool is a nice addition and maintained well

Bad check-in experience: tried charging us extra and didn’t inform us of the breakfast situation. Bad smell coming from the water in the bathroom and no hot water on day 1. Bad sound proofing within the room: we were kept awake for 2 out of our 3 nights stay with very loud ‘pool parties’ going on into the early hours. On our last night there was also a dog barking right outside our room until gone 03:00am. Bad WiFi connection within the room. The general appearance of the hotel and its grounds is rundown. It could really do with some care and attention (plus a quiet hours policy!!!)
