Everything was perfect!

The villa (the middle of three) is spacious and comfortable with outdoor seating and barbecue. It can be seen that the house and its equipment have been in operation for several years already and have been used by many people, but it is still in quite good condition. Some may appreciate smart TV with the Internet. Property manager Jesus is a very competent and helpful person. We received a lot of tips from him to visit even lesser-known places in the wider area.

We struggled with the small stones used around the house for a while, which we carried to the terrace and into the house, especially when we operated the barbecue. On the other hand, it looks very nice in contrast to the white color of the house and and it is one of the typical materials of the island. It would be a good idea to do something with insects (maybe just) in the kitchen. We are already a bit hardened travelers, but other guests would not have to exhale this.

Super kind host. The apartment is spacious and well supplied. Location is perfect and super close to Caleta de Famara. Can't wait to go back again!

The Manager (Jesus Robles) was really welcoming and competent, as he lives just nearby he is very reactive and open to new ideas. I would recommend this accomodation immediately to everyone who wants to stay at a nice little village with views to Famara beach and its surroundings. And especially when you like to sleep under the stars.

No recycling on site, just one big dustbin under the sink. Talked to manager and he was very open to the idea to have a few smaller dustbins to recycle packaging, paper, compost, glass and normal waste. The tap water on site is really bad, smells like Medecine but i guess it's the same for the whole region as it's treated saltwater? I don't know if a local treatment plant for the 4 houses is possible but it would definately be an outstanding point as you don't need to buy plactic containers to drink and cook (also the boilers would not take so much damage)

Wifi very slow and almost unusable, most of the time our 4G was the better option.
