Easy walk to the Plaza.Close to shopping & restaurants! Nice restaurant for breakfast at the hotel!

No hot water in our room.

Clean, comfortable and great location

The location is quiet but also close to popular areas. It feels very secure with their security guards. The staff is very nice. It's an older building and utilities but is well kept and clean.

The towels and blankets could use some updating. They appear old and well used. The water pressure in the shower is not great.

The hotel had breakfast at the local great people great staff

No one really spoke English there was hot water to shower with sometimes

Stayed before so expectations were met - Be aware no room safe but never had any problems here . Dog barking second night all night was irritable but a common issue in Mexico - becuase of the holiday no restaurant which is understandabel but wish they at least had a morning coffe available.

No coffee - hotel is old but comfortabel enough

We went for a trip to Cabo San Lucas and since we want to be near the airport, we stayed were for a night. This is near the plaza, gift shops and restaurants. It was a very great side trip.

The receptionist/front desk (Delia) person was wonderful in helping speaking English & Spanish.

All was great!

Hotel Pasada Terranova is convenient to the main square for Thursday night festivities. It seemed clean. The receptionist rustled up a couple bottles of water when I asked, and attempted to fix the remote for the a/c. The attached restaurant is open for breakfast and the price was reasonable.

The room was grim. There was a bare light bulb as the bedside fixture, the window, which looked out on a garbage cluttered concrete wall, was splashed with bird droppings (or maybe it was concrete dripped from the construction next door(?). The remote for the a/c didn't work so we were never able to adjust the temperature.

Location is great if you're staying in San José del Cabo. The price was very affordable and staff very helpful.

I didn't like that we got bit while in bed, we're not hundred percent sure if there were bud bugs or not. We checked and didn't see anything, but we both got bit and we were not very happy about it. The stress now is bringing them back home....!!
