Comfortable bed, great location, pool looked clean, WiFi and cable worked, kitchen was clean. Mango trees near the pool, close to shopping and restaurants. They let us park our car even though we were early and our room wasn't ready.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

There's only one mirror in the entire room, it'd be better if they had more, and if you're making the reservation for an explicit number of guests then they should give enough towels and amenities.

Location is the best part! walking distance to great restaurants and bars and down town. Room is nice and the beds super comfy and across the street you have two supermarkets, two golf courses, big parking lot and is very quiet and safe area. Breakfast was included in our package and the food was delicious. Everybody is very friendly and happy to help you with any request or questions. Thank you to Emilio and Abigail from the front desk and Paola at the restaurant who make our stay better!

Internet was a little slow sometimes (at least in our room) so if you are for vacation is fine but if you traveling for work be aware of this.

Breakfast made to order was excellent. Housekeeping staff friendly and did a good job.. Area around the pool nice to soak up the sun. Bedding clean and comfortable Great grocery store across the street. Good taco restaurants very close walk. Beach about 8 min walk. 30 min walk to downtown. Beach towels available at reception Wifi worked well. Easy to catch local bus to airport.

Basic kitchen was not stocked, limited supplies available. Pool is not heated so was cold.quick dip only. TV not smart to stream Netflix etc and no English channels.

Nice location off the beach but close. Everything you need within a 5min walk. Rooms and pool area was good. The little breakfast restaurant was pretty good, it was included otherwise we would have tried different places. Big supermarket across the street with everything like a Walmart.

Can be noisy with incoming planes nearby and traffic out front at times was loud. Kitchenettes need to be better stocked with supplies already in your room when you arrive, not chasing down staff for it days later. Pool could have been warmer but sufficed when needing to cool off. Two different sports teams booked in for wknd and it was really loud when they were there running around, screaming and slamming doors, would suggest in future better to isolate them to certain buildings.

In my room, I would prefer the water bottles being placed in the fridge not in the bathroom. Who wants to drink warm water? The breakfast was included with my stay but only one item from the menu and one drink. For example: If I wanted coffee and orange juice I had to pay extra for the juice. Same goes for food items. Upon arrival I had items missing in my room: coffee maker, coffee cups, safe key, blow drier, water bottles) Had to ask for everything - but it was given to me the same day or by next day the latest. I wish they provided more towels in the room + the pool towels. I was lucky I brought my own beach towels so I used those by the pool. Towels in the room were also very old, rough and even torn or had holes. The hotel should invest in this.

the shower was broken, they have kitchen but no utensils or paper towels, no hair drier and no clothes iron, the staff wasn’t very friendly at the front desk because I wasn’t wearing a mask I guess but they don’t offer one, the girl barely greeted me she just handed me the key and didn’t say anything else I had to find the room by asking people outside I didn’t get password for the wifi and I was too upset to go back to front desk to ask for it. it is a good location and good value but definitely didn’t feel welcomed here, only person that was nice was the housekeeping lady.
