This is probably the most satisfied vacation we had in years. We have stayed in resorts across Vietnam and overseas, but this is definitely the place we will recommend to any families. It is not the newest resort in town, but the facilities are just what we need. They have 3 swimming pools with water playground for kids, a huge outdoor playground and a well designed indoor playground. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Restaurant is a bit pricey but the food is tasty!!

The resort is about 10 years old, so there's cosmetic imperfection (e.g. some part of the wall paints start to come out). It doesn't impact the experience at all though.

Management does a wonderful job hiring and then training their employees to be friendly, accommodating and patient. The resort has spectacular views and our room, especially the bed, was very comfortable. It was peaceful and quiet, the pool was really nice. The staff, all kind and helpful and so relaxed. Nice getaway for those living in Ho Chi Minh City Living a couple hours away in Saigon, I wanted to take a short 2 day trip to the beach. I chose Carmelina because of its name, and it's actually a pretty nice resort with a beautiful garden. I had the Deluxe Garden View, which was quite nice, clean, and spacious for an affordable price. The resort itself is also very large and modern.

Good quiet location, a short walk to a lovely beach. Housekeeping and restaurant staff were friendly and very hardworking. The pools and gardens were attractive and well maintained. Comfortable bed in a spacious room. "

My first impression about this hotel is very large, nice decorated hall and lovely staffs. The room is lovely, spacious, nice view. We also have a balcony, which is great. I like that salty swimming pool, it make me feel easy to swim. I love the atmosphere there

It's always great for our family. Our room is surrounded by clump of trees and park walking paths, playgrounds for children, sports grounds for adults. There are 3 pools to choose, and the kids pool is great for a young family. We spent hours there. All staff are very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

We loved it the first time, but were pleasantly surprised to find it even better! They have expanded to add a children's water playground in addition to the outdoor playground and 2 beautiful pools. There is also an indoor playground, beautiful gardens, fishing pond, paintball and more. We learned more about how local fruit and flowers grow, enjoyed the beautiful weather and clean beach. The kids got to feed rabbits, and water the garden. It's only a 2 hour drive away from Ho Chi Minh. I'd recommend it to anyone, especially those with kids."

Just spent a day at the Carmelina Beach Resort - what an amazingly friendly place. Staff were fantastic, incredibly helpful and did whatever they could to help. Food was excellent, I was a little worried by the amount of sea food on the menu, I'm allergic to it:-( but staff were more than happy to substitute meat for any of the seafood / fish in dishes. Pool was like taking a warm bath, clean and well supervised. Beach was pretty clean too, occasional plastic bag but staff cleaned it every day. Rooms were big, very clean, comfy bed, lovely big shower and nice big TV with good choice of programmes.WiFi coverage is excellent throughout the resort. Some staff didn't speak very much English - but they all tried and were desperate to learn, generally it was not a problem in any area of the resort. Overall - we had a great time, because we were happy to do very little and just relax.

Excellent resort with many activities for kids and the whole family. Nice clean room and very attentive staffs from all areas. Highly recommended!

Family friendly. nice location. beautiful beach, loved the salt water pool.

Windows can not be 100% shut so there will be mosquitoes in the rooms. Coffee above reception was closed. Not single friendly, there is basically only french fries and burger for one person menu.

The swimming pools were great . really good kids pool with slides and other equipment..rooms were spacious.bathroom and shower had plenty of room to move .bed was comfortable enough .

Due to the location the property is a long way from any restaurants ..if you don't have a vehicle you are basically tied to the resort for all your meals . unless you want to pay for taxi to travel into town .the meals at the resort were average to say the least and extremely overpriced

Nice location, friendly staff

I have just had 2 days 1 night weekend getaway at Carmelina Beach Resort. My family's experience was fulfilled right at the first step into the resort, friendly and thoughtful staffs with professional yet warm-hearted attitude do lighten our mood throughout the time spent here. The food is amazing as well with full of diversity allowing guests to seek for their best choice. Natural-oriented resort environment totally satisfied our expectation when choosing Carmelina. If you are looking for a place to have a great time enjoying yourself while immersing with the nature, Carmelina is just the right spot for you! No cause to complain

My whole family had a true vacation here. To say it is a children's paradise is probably not an exaggeration. My baby loves it because there are many places to play, especially saltwater and freshwater lakes. The food is also quite delicious and plentiful. Clean and modern rooms, including k+ channels for children. Point 10 is the friendliness and cuteness of the staff from the reception to the cleaners. Will come back here in the future!

The food - restaurant serve pretty well dishes which is exceed my expectation

Transportation service: I booked shuttle bus for 2 adults & 1 baby in the beginning, it cost 1.5mil, and I continue to booked 4 more tickets for my family but they weren't out of 16 seats bus so we decided to go with 7 seats car and hope they can arrange a 16 seats in return. The thing is I feel like the staff didn't recommend the best option for us because the total 6 tickets for shuttle bus is more than a private 7 seats car already.

The overall atmosphere is very friendly and full with greenery. The facilities are acceptable. The exceptional experience is the main pool located at the Restaurant - with actual sea water. It’s an awesome place to take your kids for a weekend away - good location and it does not take long to drive to the nearest entertainment area. One of the staff - Nhan, he has been super duper helpful with assisting my Mum because she has her ankle broken before coming, and he has made her stay a true joy. Thank you!

Friendly staff - nothing was too much bother. Highly attentive! Food was decent - the seafood especially. They grow quite a bit onsite and it made for great juices and fresh veg.

Spa and gym were closed but we hadn't been warned it seemed. We went to a nearby spa instead.

The resort facilities are very good especially Kids beach pool, slide, many different pools. The beach was fantastic, very clean and broad. Great room, lots of space to relax in and balconies facing the main pool and Beach which was great (Bungalow Pool View). There are not many guests this time because Covid, so we have a chance to enjoy my own pool, garden and the beach without noise or distraction even on weekends. The most impressive thing is the nice and helpful staffs, they always smile and work hard.
