Wir sind sehr spät durch eine Flugverspätung angereist, das Wetter war "mies", aber die Freude beim kinderleichten Check-In und der wunderbaren Nacht waren dafür um so größer,
Die reizende und sehr attraktive Hotelleitung hat sich persönlich um unsere Belange beim Frühstück gekümmert und unsere "bilateralen Probleme" schnell und unbürokratisch gelöst.
Diese Pension können wir allen empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder, das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist on Top noch sensationell, daher 10 von 10 Punkten.

Gerne hätten wir noch im Getränkeautomaten einen Wein vorgefunden, aber zwei "eiskalte Bierchen" haben es auch getan!

Gute Parkmöglichkeit und im 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Zugang Online mit eigener App notwendig
Dusche und WC zu klein. Ich bin kein Riese, aber beim Zähneputzen oder Po auswischen musst du ins Zimmer wechseln.

Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen - sehr lecker
Die Zimmer sind hellhörig- wenn man kein hartes Bett wünscht gleich Bescheid geben um eine weichere Auflage zu bekommen

All the staff were amazing .Katrin is the one we met and she is very helpful and nice . You feel that all the hotel worker stand for you comfort. The Center of the city not very far. I loved the place and for sure I will revisited. One comment it seem the price is less through other third party other than Booking.com

Our hosts Katrin and Rudi were fantastic and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff are friendly and outdoor après ski bar is fantastic. Breakfast is varied and will suit everyone's taste. Dinner is a fantastic experience. The restaurant is always full of residents and locals and has a wonderful atmosphere and superb food and wine. We have already rebooked for next year.

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. It is clear they have many guests who return each year such is the standard of accommodation and friendly nature of the hotel. I would certainly stay there again and would recommend it to others.

There was a great choice of food for breakfast and the staff were very attentive. Our room was wonderful. At no time were we disturbed by, or even aware of fellow guests. It was warm, comfortable and spacious.

This was an exceptional stay. The hotel, the staff, and the restaurant were absolutely brilliant. This is by far the nicest small hotel in which I have stayed. Specifically, the New Year's Eve dinner was amazing! All 5 courses were perfection. The owners and staff were amazingly friendly. It felt more like a family than staff. Exceptional property for a stay in Zell am See.

The Hotel was very nice and located in a very quite green area, The staff is very friendly.
The room was nice and clean. There was a nice breakfast in a cozy and well-decorated cafe inside the hotel and it had a wonderful views by the mountains.
The hotel provides summer card which was a great option to visit many places and use the transportation for free
A mini-fridge or a kettle in the rooms will be an added-value as there are not much places around to grab a snack/drink at night.

A guest card for the area was included which allowed free use of the lake cruise and other things
Room was small, especially the bathroom. The shower space is really small.
Due to the small size of the room, and also the not so modern design, the stay wasn’t very comfortable overall.
There was no elevator (but the staff who checked us in was very kind and helped us lift our luggage up)
it’s about 1km to town so in my opinion having a car would be much much better if not essential

Room was big. Very quite hotel, staff are very friendly, room was cleaned every day. walking distance from city center. Free parking. summer card provided additional value.
No AC in the room. This might be a little concern during hot season. My stay was during mid September so it was not an issue.

Overall, the hotel was nice and modern. The breakfast and dinner was delicious and substantial.
Some members of the staff were not so friendly and approachable. The bathroom was a fully plastic box, which felt really weird.
