The guy at the reception was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, there were many things (sweet/savoury) and they provided hot drinks from the bar. The room was standard but cozy.

There isn’t a bidet in the toilette and the bathroom in general is old, it needs to be renovated.

Nice staff, very great breakfest

Breakfast was a great spread of meats, cereals, bread and a warm item (usually eggs). We stayed here for 3 nights as we loved this family run hotel! The breakfast server remembered our drink orders, we got to know the owners and felt very welcome. Rooms are a decent size for the price in the Dolomites (we ended up in two different rooms) with a little seating area in each of them. We loved the little town as we found the major towns in the Dolomites to be too touristy. This place felt homier and was an excellent base for nearby attractions!

There is no elevator which may be a problem for some people with heavy luggage/mobility issues. It was often that there was not someone at the front desk and the lights in the main foyer were turned off at night, which didn't lend to an evening atmosphere - but this is an active/small town for skiing and hiking so it wasn't a major issue.

Location is easy to get to by car. Parking great. Breakfast is the best start for the day

Everything was more than ok

The breakfast was excellent, staff are very welcoming and helpful, bus stop directly across the street, grocery store within in a block and facility has a great snack and dessert cafe/bar with a beautiful view. Rooms a bit dated though exceptionally clean.
