Eve giriş oldukça basitti. Talimatlar çok açıķlayıcıydı. Oda yüksek tavan ve oldukça ferahtı. 2 kişi için geniş bir yatak odası ve salon ile amerikan mutfak vardı. Odada filtre kahve makinesinden çamaşır makinesine kadar her şey mevcuttu. Yatak çok rahattı. Tren istasyonuna 2 dakika merkeze yürüyerek 5 10 dakika mesafede, oldukça merkezi bir konumda. yakınında güzel restoranlar vardı. Ev temizdi. Biz oldukça memnun kaldık. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Duş açıkçası biraz küçüktü. Kilolu veya kalıplı iseniz sığmakta zorluk çekebilirsiniz.

Excellent stay, 5 minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella and exactly outside of the central station. The apartment is spacious and tidy. The owners are helpful and polite and will do anything within their hand to help if sth comes up.

The sofa is not very comfortable for sleep but not bad either.

Great location. Apartment had everything you need. Definitely recommend. Close to the station.

Only drawback would be for seniors like ourselves is the two flights of stairs. Bloody hard work. If you are younger and fitter and have no concern carrying 23kg bags up the stairs, you will be fine.

Nice, warm and bic apartment in a centre of Florence. Easy self check in. The manager Verena is very helpful with good services in charge of this apartments! Clean areas in apartment and the toll roof.

The apartment is very nice and cozy! It is equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and at night it was very quiet, so we had a good rest. The location is just perfect! Highly recommend!

The surroundings can be very crowded, because it’s very close to the train station but it doesn’t bother us at all.

Bed was broke but host did not know. We informed him so he could fix it.

One night we killed 5 mosquitos, but several escaped. Noisy neighbors one night 1-2am but not the owners fault

The location was brilliant. An honest short walk from station. 8/10 minutes. The contact host was at the end of the fone immediately to assist us. Everything we needed to ask was available on a message we received before arrival. However, after travelling since really early & being so tired, it was quicker to message & ask about WiFi etc & setting up the pullout couch. Without any bother to the host ,Verena, she answered immediately patiently & pleasantly repeated it all again. Fully equipped for home dining.

Unfortunately the way the apartments in the building were dark. Depending which way your windows were facing. Ours opened to interior yards. Do therfore very little natural light could enter the rooms. As the interior had dark timber ceilings ( a nice authentic appearance ) this made for a very dark interior. But would have to say after we adapted & accepted it, we were Absolutely fine for the time we were in the apartment. There was no toiletries but for a pump soap at hand basin. This would do for showering if travelling light. However plenty fresh towels & no problem with hot water etc.

The apartment fully corresponds to the photos. Great location near the train station and supermarket. Easy check-in by code. Excellent communication with the host via WhatsApp. Very clean! Absolutely all the necessary equipment of the apartment and kitchen! The second set of keys was in a box on the buffet. All the dishes were inside this buffet (there were no dishes in the kitchen cabinet above the sink and we didn't find them right away).Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, water, oil, laundry and dish washing products. Everything you need! There is a lot of space for things, clothes, a lot of hangers and shelves. Very comfortable folding sofa in the living room for sleeping.

The bed consists of two mattresses, and sleeping on it is a little uncomfortable, since they are pressed in the middle. The heating batteries turn on automatically, and it may be a little chilly in winter. You can hear a lot of noise through the front door to the apartment if you sleep in the living room. Very small shower cabin. All windows face the wall of the neighboring house.

A large apartment with a great location near the main train station. It was kept clean and there was fast Wi-Fi. The communication with the owner went really well and it was easy to access the apartment even in the late hours.

There were some strange noises coming from the boiler which were not that pleasant. Also, there was no toilet paper when we got to the apartment in the late evening. The beds were okay but not the most comfortable ones.

Very nice apartment, high ceilings and well decorated. Bed was bug and comfortable. Bathroom renovated and with all necessary. It has everything, fridge, washing machine and table to eat. Very well located close to train station and 15 min walking to main square. Around the apartment there are restaurants or food to take away and supermarkets. If you have a car the apartment is in ZTL so you need to park in private locations.
