Staff was very nice

Needs a lot of updates. The pool is outdated and unsafe for kids. Hot water faucet was hard to open.

Property looks old and not in good shape,, it does not look at all like the pictures, breakfast ordered at restaurant never came and we cancelled, toilet not working, lots of ants in the room, no hand towels provided until requested, AC in central area not working, we called the lobby when arrived and no one came to check on it, no one followed up either

Location was beautiful

Rooms, of which we saw four in total, were dirty and clearly not kept well. Broken glass and trash on floor, dirt and sticky residue from previous guests — it was very obviously neither mopped or swept. The shower was so dirty we opted to not bathe for entirety of our stay. No consistency in rooms. Our room had no refrigerator and others did— when asked about it the management said that they were not done installing them, but also was not obligated to offer one to us. It was a reasonable question to ask, and they were combative and unfriendly answering even the simplest questions. We were given a room of lesser value than what we paid for and had to negotiate for the correct room (with a view), to multiple people before our booking purchase was honored. It took our non-US, Mexican friend threatening for us all to leave to finally get the correct room of the rate we paid for. All other attempts we were ignored. I would never return to this hotel when there are so many in Valle, with hygienic standards and a great and kind, competent staff.

Excellent Room, Restaurant, and Service. Easy check-in and check-out. The property is beautiful, and room accommodations were stylish and clean

Everything was great, except there was heavy restaurant construction, and it was a little noisy during the day. However, they were kind, and the temporary restaurant location was set up well. The food is fantastic!

The location and the aesthetic

It had rained the previous nights so the road to the hotel had many pot holes. The room was missing towels, some rooms were missing wine glasses that were provided to other rooms. Some of the toilets diddnt flush.

Great place to rest and relax. Plenty of amenities and activities like the spa, multiple pools, horse back riding and jacuzzi. Plus the restaurant is great.

The room Emeve were I stayed was small and needed some maintenance.

The restaurant was very nice and had good view, excellent location

It was under construction and my reservation was with view and they gave me view to the construction 🤦🏼‍♀️

it was very clean outside, no matter where I walked around the property it was very clean. Everyone was very nice and helpful to whatever we needed. The restaurant upstairs was very good. drinks and food were great.

The road coming up to the property is really rough, takes forever because of how bumpy it is. You could also smell the Sewage water when you walk around certain areas of the property, it was pretty bad.

the rooms were not complete. the picture shows chairs in the room with a small table and a refrigerator. Both things were not there when we arrived.
