property was dirty and not cleaned correctly. Breakfast included on the booking. on checking in I was not advised breakfast was not running due to having no chef. arrived for breakfast in the morning to find this was closed and no apology from the staff members.

Beds were comfy and room was clean

No one was there when we showed up to check in. We had to call to get someone to give us our key card, even though I was asked twice when we'd be arriving. Pair of dirty socks from previous people in the chest of drawers. No one there when we checked out The hallway light was on all night and the light was coming in under the door and keeping us up

Bath was a little scuffed and carpet a little dirty

the hotel is very close to the town centre and it was very clean the beds are very comfy it also has lift to all rooms it also offers free parking and the owners are very helpfull its the 2nd time we have stayed at the hotel in less than and year when we arrived we was upgraded to a delux room with a four poster bed

the hotel could do with an update but would book again when we go back to skegness carnt say there wasnt anything i didnt like really it was very clean

Hotel was clean and tidy enough, decor had been renewed.

Strange door alarms, thought I was in prison. My daughter's room was next door to ours but you couldn't hold the doors open to pass the toothpaste or basic information because after a few seconds a loud alarm goes off. Single room only just fit a bed, Harry Potter had more room under the stairs. Reception staff had limited English.

Room was lovely and big plenty of room to move around plus the bed are sooo comfortable to sleep in breakfast was all so lovely plenty of options to choose from. and the staff are really friendly and helpfull

Cleanliness, size of shower, noisy loo

Lift was a bonus when dealing with luggage. Breakfast buffet was basic but freshly cooked and great quality for the price charged. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

I liked the location close to the beach and not far from the centre of Skegness. And the fact you had a life that was great that I didn't have to clime stairs.

The only thing I would mention is that the room was a little small as I am a big guy I was having to scrape through the bathroom and balcony doors and I felt the seat on the balcony was would give was if I tried to sit on it.

Love ot all the room was lovely. Would have loved another night it it was cheaper. Would we stay again, definitely would.

Friendly staff..

The room was far too small for a double bed. The shower/toilet room was tiny. I. 6ft 2 and I could barely fit in it let alone wash myself. I had to shuffle sideways everywhere in the room. No light above the sink. Noisy gurgling when someone else in the building showered or used the toilet.. I will not be returning ☹️

Nice location, lovely large room with distant sea view. 10 min walk to town centre. Comfortable sleigh bed and matching furniture.

No bar but arrangement with large hotel next door next door so no real problem. Nothing else not to like.

More than friendly staff Did their utmost to sort out our problem and offered us a replacement (better) room
