Nothing , I booked though booking.com who for other trips have being amazing service After booking using booking.com I found out later they sent me an email to fill in another booking sheet with questionable requests regarding information.ie names age,what sex people in group was as as, they don't alow same sexgroups there ,even though I dont affect me I though in this day and age thats really bad. Also said they reserve the right to enter caravan at anytime. All this information was on the booking form they sent me. Wanted to know where we live ,bank details,only thing they didn't ask for was by dental records. I contacted them as I was concerned but no reply so had to message them by phone the night before we was supposed to go down as had no reply from them till then .they ,said if I do t agree to all their requests that they would cancel the booking and no refund. I filled information in as didn't want my children missing out on a short break away. But they only confirmed booking with them,even though from booking.com said everything was OK days ago with them and thats all you normaly need. They sent me confirmation by phone on the day after 10.am and with traffic at that time of day would be a nightmare and to much for my two younger children and me being disabled and was to late as they said booking in was 2pm and because we couldn't commit to driving before they told us as drive would be well over 4 to 6hr journey taking into account travel etc and charging car on way. And finding a shop to buy bedding for our one night stay as we found out after booking that even though it was 120 night they charge extra for bedding. Ie 1 double duvet and 2 single with one towel would cost an extra 30pounds .so was going to buy new then give to charity after using them as felt this was a better option .but without confirmation we couldn't risk driving down before we knew and then it was to late.

The company. They asked way to many questions and dint use any information from booking .com like every other company does to confirm who i am etc and demand you fill in a nother booking form with their demands on and if you don't agree with them you won't get a refund just like we didn't. I've stayed with many others when using booking .com. and no one has ever done this practice only needed booking number and name on booking. On arrival. Took to long to confirm on their side and by time we was told . Was to late to travel down. Never got a refund. Very disappointed. Wpuld recommend any one else avoid and use a hotel . For any shot stays in area.works out alot cheaper and less hassle.

It was easy to find and close to all facilities fast excellent communication from owner

Nice quiet site and good location, caravan had everything we required and everyone enjoyed the stay.

The weather could have been better but you take what you get in the British Summer and we made the most of it.

not very clean,you couldn’t put the table together,tap in the bathroom didn’t work,no blind at the kitchen window,chair leg was bent,outdoor furniture was advertised but chairs weren’t safe and no room to put them outside

Close to town , 15 minutes walking distance

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the static caravan, filthy, had to contact the owner, had to clean it myself as we have a young baby, Hoover the caravan out, clean the shower out , mold all over the walls , didn't even get a partial refund for cleaning caravan out. It's a old caravan.disappointed,. Won't be going back,

The site was good.

No toileteries, hair dryer, toilet brush, towels, sheets etc. Had to go and buy locally. Poor TV signal.
