We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the house and location. The property was very clean, spacious, convenient, private and had everything we could need. Highly recommend this property.

House was as advertised. Some areas of the house were showing wear & tear and needs some attention but generally a good well equipped house. Can't beat the location so close to the beach.

Private pool was very enjoyable, offering sun and shaded space throughout most of the day. House supplies many pool and beach accessories to enjoy. Wonderful experience!

We loved this property and how close it was to the beach. The house set up is awesome with everyone having their own bathrooms. We had 5 kids, two 18 years olds and three 21 year olds. They loved it as well. Goose and Gander property managers did an amazing job! Even had a pizza there for us when we got to the house as it was super late and everything was closed. I had texted her from our plane after we had to land in Tampa. Nothing on the island was open that late and she helped us out in a jam! Everyone was starving and Goose was so kind. Amazing! They also took great care of the home that week. The home has everything you need- the kitchen had everything! We will defiantly book this home again. Maybe 2 weeks next time.

We had such an amazing stay. The property was perfect for our family and location wise ideal. This was our third stay on the island and we would definitely recommend a stay here.

We thought there was a golf cart should take that off the paperwork. All sold out on the island. Otherwise perfect!

Surfside was perfectly located for the beach and we had everything needed to enjoy spending time on the sand and in the sea which was a bit chilly but it was only the beginning of April. Wonderful beach walks - I would suggest beach shoes though as in places the shells were crushed and rather sharp at the waters edge. At the beach house the pool was magnificent and really warm which was great for our grandchildren. There was plenty of room for all of us - 6 adults and 2 children - the bedrooms were larger than what you would get at most rentals and particularly very stylishly furnished. It was also good to have 2 large fridge / freezers as we did dine in for the majority of the week and having been at Disney for the first week of our vacation we had lots of laundry so 2 washing machines and 2 dryers were a bonus as well. We all loved having use of the golf cart to get around locally. Lastly, a special thanks to Kathy, Lori and Dan for making our stay so memorable and being so attentive in our many various requests which they responded to with such speed on all occasions. We love AMI and really hope to return one day in the future.

The home and property were perfect for our family. Tons of space and well stocked for everything you’d possibly need. All the little extras like fans for the rooms, pool toys, high chairs made it extra special. Highly recommend.

Fantastic property! Having stayed in many VRBO’s, this was best equipped home. Anything and everything you needed. The golf cart was a plus and fun to drive around the island on. Will definitely be back!

We have been coming to Anna Maria for 8 years. The combination of location, the pool, house, beach accessories, ease of rental process and communication of the rental management company makes this the best property we have ever rented. AND the only property we have rented multiple times.

We have a wonderful week with our adult children and grandchild. The house was very comfortable and roomy for the 9 of us. The location to the beach was better than expected…just a few steps. The golf cart was a life saver! We enjoyed using it to run a quick errand, to grab dinner out and for our nightly ice cream runs. The hosts were great and would respond immediately if we needed anything! Highly recommend and will definitely be back! The house also had everything we needed for an infant. It was great not to have to travel with all of those things!

Having a private pool was amazing for us. The house was beautiful. Lots of room for us to spread out. Close to the beach but far enough away to feel like you were in your own little paradise. The island area is very crowded with houses but once inside Surfside, you feel completely private. The golf cart was a great amenity but the umbrellas & chairs provided had seen better days. Just take your own umbrella. The salt water destroys beach gear faster than the items can be replaced, I guess. The management company was so friendly & helpful. The house was very clean. There’s plenty of stuff to use to cook with, just minimal of things like salt & pepper so be prepared to bring everything you need to cook with. Loved the house & all they provided for a great vacation at the beach. You will not be disappointed at Surfside!!

Surfside was the perfect house and location for our family of 10. The house is in an ideal location just steps from the beach. The kitchen has everything you can imagine and then some, including multiple crock pots, blender, food processor, full spice drawer, pots, pans, grill tools, etc. The golf cart is an added bonus for the nightly ice cream adventures! We found the bikes and beach chairs to be just fine for what we needed and there are plenty of beach towels available. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If traveling with an infant, there is a pack n play, full size crib, and multiple high chairs. We had a light bulb that went out in the bathroom and it was replaced within minutes of sending a text to Josh, the maintenance worker on call. Goose and Gander were phenomenal property managers. We HIGHLY recommend Surfside and can’t wait to visit again!

We are so glad we found this property! Surfside was perfect for our family. There is plenty of space for a family, and the beach is just a stone's throw away. Our grandchildren were in the pool practically every minute they weren't at the beach!! There were a couple of minor issues we contacted the property managers about, and they were quick and responsive. Having the golf cart was both fun and convenient. Tons of activities on the island for all ages. We highly recommend Surfside for anyone who needs/wants a larger space that is close to the beach. Our grandchildren are already asking when we can return return.

Property owners have thought if everything.! From the well appointed kitchen, though fully stocked with dish detergent, hand soap and plenty of serviceware and prep equipment to make a gourmet meal. To the thoughtful touches like small soaps, toothbrushes, beach chairs umbrellas, k cups, etc for those traveling by air who can’t possibly pack everything. Location is amazing, steps from the beach, and the backyard is a beautifully landscaped oasis in and of itself. The only thing I would ask is for updated umbrellas and bikes, they are not in great repair.

Steps to the beach! The location made our trip so enjoyable. Someone forgot their book or needed the sun umbrella? No problem, we ran back to the house. Golf cart was a huge hit with the kids. House had plenty of space, a great kitchen and pool.

It was a great vacation, beautiful place to stay with nice pool and plenty of accessories included with house including a golf cart that you can travel all the island and have easier parking. Just a quick walk around the corner and your on a beautiful white Sandy beach. Goose and Gander were great, only a phone call away for anything you needed. Great Vaca!!

The location is excellent - one block to the Beach - you don't even have to cross a street. It was very clean and the pool was great. Property Managers were very helpful. The included Golf Cart was a nice bonus. Highly recommend..

The house was in the perfect location, walking to the beach everyday was wonderful. The house is equipped with everything you need from kitchen appliances, golf cart, beach supplies and bikes to ride around town. We had a wonderful family vacation and are so happy we stayed here. The only cons about the house are that the appliances need to be upgraded, this was being done the day we were leaving so the next guests shouldn’t have any issues. Also, I feel as though the house is due for a deep cleaning to detail to the little things like the showers, the fans need dusting, floors could use a good scrub and under the bed needs a quick swiffer sweep. Other than that great place to rent!

Supreme location. Lots of room to spread out inside and out. Our group of 6 enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, meal prep in the well-stocked kitchen and movie nights in the upstairs living room. We relied on the golf cart for transportation to restaurants, grocery shopping and outdoor fun (pickleball). We walked for miles along the beach. Having beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas at the ready was a big plus. Owner (Kathy) and property managers (Goose and Dan) were very responsive to questions, requests and needs.
