Location a good. Room is clean and spacious. The hotel is most suitable for families with children’s and everything in the central facility seems to gear towards kids

The check in time at 4:00 PM is a bit too late

Breakfast dishes always cold, not fresh. Everyday after cleaning room give different number of towels. Laundry dryer always broken and dirty. Staff cold/unfriendly. Gym dirty.

Most of the 4 people room do not have a good view but only wall-facing view.

The location is prime, room size is spacious, the staff is polite.

The check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am, this is not a standard hotel check in and out time, I feel like I have less time to stay in room than other hotel. There's a weird smell in our room and also in the corridor, we guess it is the ventilation issue. There was dirt in the bath room, and we were not booked the family room, but we found there's baby bath tub and stool in our bath room, so weird.

The view and location are nice to have. We like the atmosphere they provided, esp we saw a lot of cartoons around us. That is a happy hotel.

It was during lunar new year, the breakfast time is a little bit tighten. We followed their rules and hope they advice the rule within the introduction. It could help customers check if they could accept the rules.

Room was well appointed with very comfortable bed and pillows A lot of activities offered for young children such as electric cars to drive, a train ride around the playground and even an inflatable trampoline to jump around. Good location with various shopping malls around the vicinity.

Check-in times were very late at 4pm followed by check-out time at 12pm. Breakfast spread could have been better in terms of variety. Lifts took quite long to come sometimes. Shower water pressure could be better. Executive floor offered access to the Executive Lounge but children were not permitted inside, which somewhat defeated the purpose of having a lounge. No real drive way to the hotel which means you'll need to walk over to either the shopping mall or to the adjacent hotel to catch a taxi.
