Très bien situé à proximité du front de mer et à 10 mn à pied de la gare. Logement tres bien équipé. Petite terrasse avec vue superbe sur toute la baie. Silencieux (hormis le bruit des vagues par grand vent).

The location is great. Supermarket is a 5 min walk. The sea is right across the road and there is a very good bar/restaurant (Nettuna) on the waterfront.

The washing machine was problematic but aside from that, very happy with our stay. Levanto is a great base to explore Cinque Terre.

Lati positivi: - appartamento molto spazioso - Bellissima vista panoramica sul mare e sul paese - Foto veritiere su Booking - cucina attrezzata. Anche con lavastoviglie - letti abbastanza comodi - vicino alle spiagge e relativamente vicino al centro, essendo LEVANTO un paese molto piccolo - molto silenzioso - agenzia efficiente e sempre a disposizione per offrire informazioni.

Dati negativi: - appartamento molto caldo con temperature interne molto alte: 34° di pomeriggio e circa 30° di notte con pochissima aerazione poiché le finestre sono disposte tutte su un lato e quindi non favoriscono l’aerazione. I due ventilatori forniti aiutano ben poco e queste temperature (seconda settimana di agosto 2024) hanno reso sgradevole il soggiorno all’interno dell’appartamento. Sconsigliato nei mesi caldi come luglio e agosto (perché privo di aria condizionata). - Nel bagno ci sono macchie di muffa nera sui muri e tra le piastrelle della doccia, il soffione della doccia è otturato di calcare e quindi il getto d’acqua è molto forte e irregolare perché esce solo da alcuni fori. - Le finestre si affacciano su una fitta vegetazione della collina adiacente. Questo ha favorito l’ingresso in appartamento di api e vespe dato che le finestre sono rimaste aperte sempre giorno e notte, dato il caldo insopportabile.

The location is great. The views are gorgeous. When we weren’t gone from the apartment, we were on the patio as much as possible to take advantage and soak up the beautiful views. Table and chairs were ready for use as well as laundry drying rack. Very spacious apartment sleeps 7 plus a crib. We only had 5. Everyone could spread out. Kitchen facilities were great. Elevator to the 7th floor then additional stone stairs to the apartment. Visible construction was happening to the building, but didn’t see any workers.

Mold in shower and on shower curtain. I think apartment needs more fans. There were two. It was very warm during our weekend. The beds were not to my taste. They felt like camp beds. Additional new pillows and extra pillows would have made it more comfortable.

The apartment was huge, spacious, peaceful and VERY bright and clean. The kitchen had everything you could imagine. The bathroom had a glorious shower with a large openable window right in the shower cucible which meant that it aired out well and always smelled fresh. There was a breeze flowing through the apartment because there are windows on two sides not just one side. The balcony and lounge are lovely light and airy spots and we spent a fair bit of our time on the balcony and in the lounge.

The building from the outside is a bit tired and there was evidence of work related to upgrading electrical cabling throughout the building (which is a good thing!) but made it look a bit like a developing country! My husband found the bed hard but I slept like the dead. The fans didn't work and we really needed them one night but I see other people have also commented on this and they haven't been fixed yet.

The location it was quiet and have a nice view. Only few meters to buy things for breakfast. Also near the town and railwaystation. Friendly and serviceminded staff where we picked up the key.

It could be more cosy and more comfort and space in the livingroom.
