Beautiful suite with beautiful views! Raffella!! What a wonderful, owner who gifted us with so many treats to make us comfortable.

A beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable suite with stunning panoramic views of Levanto and the Mediterranean Sea. The balcony, the private patio and the private pool are the finishing touches. The location is perfect if you plan to explore Cinque Terre, with only a short walk to the train station. Also just a short walk down to the central part of Levanto and the beach (mind the steps and the uphill walk home, but no problem if you have reasonably good condition). We had a lovely week at "il corbezzolo" and Raffaella is simply the best host ever!!

The hospitality was absolutely out of this world. The washroom size was four times the normal size of a European bathroom. The shower was so comfortable. The view was impeccable. The location is on top of a hill, so the views of the water are panoramic. A lovely private balcony to enjoy your coffee or wine. Well stocked with beverages and snacks. Nice, clean and inviting pool. The place was tastefully decorated. Very close to the train station. Great accommodations if you plan to visit Cinque Terre. Extremely convenient having a parking spot. I have stayed in accommodations across the world and have not met warmer and kinder hosts.

We only wish we could have stayed longer.

What you get is the upper floor of a very nice house with separate entrance, pool just for you to enjoy and a garden overlooking the town. The neighborhood is nice and quite too. If you want to enjoy the buzz, all you have to do is to go down 187 steps to the Levanto town itself. The owners who live downstairs are just wonderful! We have enjoyed our stay so much thanks to them!

We travelled to Levanto with much anticipation to spend ten days relaxing and discovering the Cinque Terre region. When booking an accommodation with a rating average of 9.8, you can't really go wrong. But this rating is more than justified! Raffaela and her husband Aldo are kindness personified. Every day they took care of our well-being, read our every wish from our eyes and wanted to make our stay unforgettable. Their guest flat was spotlessly clean and thoroughly cleaned every day. The fact that Italian law forbids them to install a kitchen or serve breakfast even turned out to be a great advantage: this was the only way we got to know the many delicious breakfast cafés and restaurants in Levanto and were able to indulge in Italian cuisine and lifestyle. In addition, Raffaela provides guests with fresh drinks and snacks every day. The location somewhat on the hillside offers a beautiful view of the town, the sea and the hinterland. The garden and pool area are very well maintained and offer the best opportunity to relax and cool off after a hike. Levanto is a great base for exploring the Cinque Terre. The car can safely stay in the car park, the coastal region with its beautiful villages is well served by train. 12 stars for Raffaela! Thank you very much again for everything - and we promise: we will be back!!

The 2 bedroom suite was wonderfully clean, with a new modern large bathroom/shower, lovely private balcony with table and chairs so one could look out towards the harbour and Mediterranean Sea and watch the glorious sunsets over a glass of wine. It was located away from the hordes of tourists/main streets so was very peaceful. A bit of a hike from the train station but host picked us up on arrival. Lovely outdoor private patio at separate entrance with nice plants, shrubs, furniture; stone steps to an outdoor pool, clean and refreshing (unheated). Host/owner stayed in the lower half of the building. Host was extremely helpful, suggesting and making reservations at very good but reasonably priced restaurants; answering questions about places, times, trains. Beautiful decor and bed linens, towels; coffee/tea area, small bar fridge in room, bottled water and softer drinks plus small snacks all included. The helpful personality of the host was outstanding! Great home base far enough away from the Cinque Terre towns but easy and quick train access to them (6 minutes to Monterosso the first CT village).

Nothing really; just a small suggestion really about safety. Elderly people might find two sections of the outdoor stairway difficult to climb so I would suggest that the owners add handrails for the entire length of the stairwell. A couple of times I needed to grab on branches from the surrounding shrubs as support as the stone can be slippery especially when raining.

Rafella, her husband and Camilla were excellent!!!! The suite was large with a balcony with an awesome view. They were very friendly and went out of their way to help us and gave great recommendations on food. They went above and beyond. I definitely recommend staying here!
