Good location. 20 mins walk to city centre. Well placed for underground. Very nice and helpful lady met us and gave great lowdown on property.

The windows do not keep out the traffic noise. There was a air freshener dispenser that keep making noise at night.

The property was conveniently situated for our needs and has a range of restaurants and shops nearby. It was spacious and quiet.

Shower controls were difficult to use and the en-suite shower was small.

Merce was the host and was prompt awaiting our arrival--greeting us on the street to ensure we knew where to go. She was also readily available on Whatsapp during our stay if we had a question. She was also located nearby and made herself available should we need anything during our stay. Finally, she provided information about sights nearby, trains, buses, etc. The value was great for the space, which was bigger than I anticipated. We also loved that we were able to do laundry as both washer/dryer were on premises. There was one master bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Then two smaller bedrooms, each with two twin beds. One hallway bathroom for sharing by those two bedroom guests. Fairly large kitchen table and living space for a city atmosphere. We did not use many of the kitchen amenities, but there were many such as dishes, glasses, coffee maker, wine opener, etc. There were also many adaptors for use, though we brought our own and didn't need to borrow the ones in the apartment. We were able to walk to major sites like the beach in one direction and the Segrada Familia in the other. Many walkable restaurants and shops, coffee shops and grocery stores. We walked to the fancy shop area, as well. The keys worked well--no issues with entry or closing up shop. We felt safe. From the time I started corresponding with the host prior to the trip--I always received quick and helpful feedback.

We were on the 2nd floor of a corner building and my husband thought it was noisy at night. We live in a suburb so we aren't used to street noises. The noises woke me occasionally, as well. However, anyone who is around more noise commonly probably wouldn't notice noise as it wasn't necessarily 'noisy'...just an occasional loud noise overnight could wake us.

The location was excellent! It was near to the Metro train station. The host was very friendly and gave me a of information about the location, events and restaurants near by.

The living is big. Perfect for a group of people who want to share some time together, while also having some privacy in their rooms. Well positioned. The host was very nice.

The flowers were sad. I understand that they cannot come to give them water while having guests, but they could have kindly asked us to water them by telling us when and how much.

The property was clean large. Close to all amenities and daily needs. Close to underground and bus stops and 15 to 30 min walk from most places of interest. Mercè is very helpful and gave us sterling service.
