Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr zentral.

Da die Abdichtung der Duschkabine nicht richtig angebracht war, stand das Badezimmer / Schlafzimmer nach dem Duschen unter Wasser.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, Türcode-Übergabe einfach, Einrichtung klares Design und geschmackvoll eingerichtet; alles da, was man braucht. die Betten waren sehr gut!
......aber man kann kein Auto nur 1 Minute stehen lassen in der Umgebung, um das Gepäck auszuladen. Außerdem ist die vom Appartement empfohlene Garage zwar günstig, aber sehr schlecht erklärt, wie man dort hin kommt, bzw. wo der Eingang für Fußgänger ist, die Garage ist dunkel und dreckig. Ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg.
Das Haus hatte einen moderigen Gestank im Treppenhaus und im Aufzug. Ein bisschen Tapete löste sich im Zimmer und der Schrank war dreckig, man muss auch mal was investieren, wenn man vermietet.

Property was very clean, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nice and quiet building. Location was minutes from city centre and trams so very easy to get around.

Die Abwicklung mit den Zugsangsdaten war sehr einfach und fortschrittlich
Hilfe und Rabattcode beim Parken in einem nahe gelegenen Parkhaus.
Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt durch mangelnde Hygiene in den Bädern/WC überschattet. Auch das Geschirr in der Küche war leider noch schmutzig.
Die Möbel weisen mehrere Gebrauchtspuren (Flecken) auf, welche uns nicht weiter gestört haben. Für den Preis hätte die Wohnung einfach etwas sauberer sein müssen.
Ebenso hatten wir eine nicht funktionierende Toilettenspülung. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Stayci serviced apartments wurde versucht das Problem um 21.00 Uhr Abends zu beheben, leider war dies aufgrund eines Defekts (Ersatzteil war nötig) nicht möglich. Somit war die Toilette nach 1 1/2 Tagen wieder funktionsfähig. Positiverweise wurde uns für diese Zeit eine zweite Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt. Leider war diese im Keller. Somit nicht ganz so optimal.
Leider war die Angebene Notfallnummer, nach Schließung des Büros, nicht erreichbar, also hätten wir einen richtigen Notfall im Gebäude gehabt, wären wir damit allein gelassen worden.

Great location just on the edge of centre.
Very well equipped facility with everything you need from good wifi, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer and luxurious bathroom.
There is no AC. It was 29.5 degrees Celcius in the apartment for 3 consecutive nights.
It was also very loud during the night of Friday and Saturday due to people being loud on the street.

Cheating with the check-in. In Booking registration they provide check-in hours up to 20.00, in reality they leave the office at 18.00 or before. Then they claim that they have tried to call to ask about the arrival time, but there are no calls registered (and would be useless if in plane, anyway) and to inform about the shortened check-in. The same situation was also a year ago, then they said that they had just changed the working hours and did not manage to inform Booking.com. Liars! Besides, in the split level apartment the toilet is not on the same floor as the bedroom, but no information about this on the homepage.

Tiny issue that when I got the details just before my stay I saw that the check-in window was very limited, and the wording implied I wouldn’t be able to get access outside of this time. As I got this on a Sunday and couldn’t get a response until the next day I was a bit worried about this! in reality it was absolutely fine as I simply collected the key from a key safe, so perhaps the wording could be updated to make this clearer?

The position, the staff and the apartment
The bed was not a double bedroom but two single side to side. When we moved the beds separate from each other. There was a persistent smell of Indian food in the apartment.

The apartment was quite large and located very close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops, tram stations, etc. The beds were very comfortable and we had enough towels, the shower and toilet themselves seemed to work without problems. The kitchen was big and well equipped, we mainly used the microwave, plates and cutlery, kettle and coffee machine. We never used the TV.
The cleanliness of the rooms was a little disappointing, not terrible, but not satisfying either. All in all the place seems to have been used often without any renovations. Every time someone used the bathroom, flushed the toilet, used the sink, or showered, there was a loud water pump ( we are not sure what it was) which distributed a "sewerage smell" in one of the bedrooms, the smell came through the wall.
The smalls stairs were a little uncomfortable and might not be suited for everybody.

Beautiful apartment. Nice and relaxing Christmas spent there and deposit paid back no problem. Took care of our bags after check out so we could wander around the city before we travelled to the airport. I hope to return soon, thanks for a wonderful stay.
The check in location is about a 15 minute walk from where the actual apartment is. If you are staying and travelling by train to get off at Den Haag centraal, we ran out of toilet roll also, so it would be nice to be a bit more generous with the toilet roll.

I got this for exceptional value - nearly the same price as a cheap holiday inn room with breakfast. The flat was spacious, well appointed, has absolutely everything you need, and is very quiet. Really this is perfect for a single person or a couple to stay for a while. The style is very functional but I like that more than silly pseudo- personal pictures. And the lighting is very well done. i used to come all the time to The Hague and I wish I had known about this earlier.
There was a very steep late check-in fee that did not know about - but still very much worth the cost. A bit strange also to be “told” to start the washing machine before you leave - being asked would’ve been nicer.

very central although very hard to find a parking on the street, if you have a car you would need to park in a parking. staff were very helpful
The place was filthy! If they have a cleaning person they need to change them, if they don’t they need to have one. kitchen counter was sticky, toilet was just disgusting, shower floor in one bedroom was also very disgusting and the shower curtain was rusty. there was a horrible smell of sewage, we had terrible headaches because of it. there was dust everywhere! The first evening we got there, we had to buy cleaning products and spent the whole evening cleaning!

The entire place was lovely, but I really didn't like the way the entry way smelled. I have a sensitive sense of smell, so I'm sure this doesn't bother other people. This in no way impacted my stay - it's the only thing I didn't like.
