The design of the hotel was very cool and location was perfect.

There was construction work ongoing at the entrance which was a bit inconvenient (but not the fault of the hotel).

Our room didn’t have any windows and this wasn’t specified on the booking page. The room is advertised as having a city view, and the photos on the website belong to another room with a window.

No windows! Stuffy with mosquitos!

The room was nice. The hotel is located in an interesting place: you can see from a window church, on the other hand, the hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafes. The most pleasant thing was Albert convenience shop the next street, extremely convenient.

The en-suite bathroom was not really comfortable, but it was an intentional decision to deal with that. One of the days a lift was out of service, which brought a kind of discomfort, taking into account the room was on the third floor.

The location is good, although there are a another ibis hotel around, so if you are taking the directions from google maps or asking around, you might come to the wrong hotel. As it is historic building, in front of hotel is some construction work done, so it will be possible to miss it. However, the building itself is really amazing with the unbelivalbe staircase, which you will be passing just to use it and skip elevator as much as possible. The room itself is having a great view, quite good thought through. The candies on the bed and amazing writings as well as earplugs provided for if there is a party outside - was a nice tough :)

The shower was licking too much water from the faulty pipe. I told about the problem in the morning and I left for the whole day for Amsterdam and couldn't even come back because of the cancellation of all the trains. So i came only in the very early in the morning and the shower was still licking. Not that it hurts me too much, but it was a little wasteful from water perspective, because it was using double amount of water just to have shower than usually it would need to use. As hotel is concerned about being environmental - it is not a good idea to do that.

I am satisfied with the stay. The staff was very nice. Breakfast enough to choose something. An extra plus for drinks available 24/7. Convenient location. Very nice architecture of the building.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is fine, the room, while on the small side, was perfectly adequate. The location is terrific.

Super kind and helpful staff, central location of the hotel. I expected it to be much noisier but it was pretty quiet in the evening. In any case, there are earplugs provided in the room, so we probably just got lucky and picked quiet days to visit. Nice sized room, quite recently renovated and very clean.

Just one thing, it would be useful to have more light around the mirror, a separate lamp perhaps. The one integrated in the mirror is rather dim

Place was excellent, located absolutely in the center of the city. Tea and coffee available 24/7 is perfect services for customers. Separate toilet and wide shower is great.

Room was too narrow, breakfast doesn't meet our expectations and room waste basket is very small. Not enough space for language and where to place clothes.

A beautiful/historic building, stunning architecture; good location; helpful staff; nice breakfast; numerous good restaurants in the vacitity.

Only nearby parking was extremely expensive.
