Helpfulness of the staff, very good location

Internet connection, unexpected change of the reserved room at the day of arrival for another one at another location, ,strong noise from the street even with the windows closed

Friendly and helpful staff, old style furnished clean room, amazing balcony, good location, low price, really good breakfast!

Absence of an elevator, an air conditioner (at least I didn’t notice) and presence of a huge amount of mosquitoes, a cranky shower.

The location is brilliant - in immediate proximity to the city center, and particularly close to the Palazzo dei Normanni. The staff is also friendly and helpful, staying in personal touch for any questions before arrival. The room(s) are big and clean - quite surprised to get this from a small private entity.

The door of our room was just an old wooden one with built-in glass. So all the noises (and light in the evening/night) from the corridor came easily inside. Besides, it didn't feel really safe. We noticed that some others had proper doors, so maybe we were just unlucky. Unfortunately, either we were unlucky with the neighbors during our stay, or there're no clear rules communicated by the hosts to the guests, but some people were very loud until almost 12 at night. Considering the doors' thing mentioned about, we couldn't fall asleep until finally the people realized it was a quiet time... So we think the hosts should be stricter on the 'stay rules' in regards to the noise.

They were always available to answer our questions, offer recommendations, and provide valuable insights about the local attractions. Furthermore, when we had a problem during our stay, the hosts promptly came to our aid and helped us to resolve the issue without any hesitation. Their quick response and willingness to go the extra mile demonstrated their commitment to ensuring their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Their warmth and friendliness created an inviting atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to stay where you'll be treated like family, we wholeheartedly recommend this place. The combination of comfortable accommodations, outstanding service, and the genuine care from the hosts made our stay truly memorable. Thank you so much for everything!

Everything was good

Great location, everything is just a walking distance. The landladies are really gentle and shared good hints what to visit and where to eat!

Parking is hard to find nearby.

The staff was really nice, they were there anytime you needed them.

Breakfast was monotone and very sweet. Without any special selection, just croissants and spreads. And the beds was not very nice because when you move they were very loud. At the night it is so loud that you can not sleep well.

Recomendation fór parking, 2km away

The owner of the apartment is an excellent person, very kind and patient. The apartment is an excellent location to know Palermo.

Pleasant staff. Building and suite had character. Very roomy suite, in good condition. Good Italian breakfast, but no eggs. Happy to accommodate pet dogs.

No parking, even though advertised on Booking.com as having access to parking. Parking in street very ‘hit and miss’; overnight parking in street very difficult. Very difficult to find. No signage indicating the address. Despite telephoning, We were standing on pavement very close to entrance without finding it until someone from another appartment showed us the doorbell. No elevator, three flights of stairs to reach room. Uncomfortable mattress on double bed. Not possible to pay by credit card, maybe due to internet failure. Only cash accepted.
