L'hôtel n'est pas désagréable mais sans doute plus adapté à une clientèle jeune. La musique techno omniprésente (petit déjeuner, bar) était pour nous difficilement supportable.

Les lits et notamment les couettes très petites. Est-ce la norme en Allemagne ? Le prix du parking, et son emplacement, peu agréables.

We have took our luggage up to the room , the queen bed were with 2 single duvets! , the cleaning persons didn’t clean the cups of tea until i put them in bathroom the other day , one of the rooms had a problem with bathroom flashing and the couldn’t fix , our room had a problem with the windows shade i had to put nylon cover to cover the sun when I told them they said they called the company to fix but they didn’t come to fix.

People working at Jaz are very friendly and helpful - uncomplicated Check-in and parking lot directly opposite the hotel (for only EUR 20 which is more than fair). Love the breakfast buffet that offers a wide range of food. Shopping center next to the hotel and a very nice rooftop bar. Big and clean rooms.

The room was really nice, modern and clean. Beds are comfortable. Parking was full when we arrived as we didn’t reserve ahead of time but we were able to park at Milaneo mall for 25 EUR which is next door and very convenient.

The hotel facilities, the location

The reception services need improvement On a hotel guest questions , always answering “ we will try to do our best” but no result and obviously the staff at the reception does not talk each other for the visitors requests , in order to do proper follow up / using yellow notes only to write the requests on them/ , is not cutomer oriented service

The location and hotel room were excellent. Brekfast has a variety of food, including a veg sandwich. It is next to the shopping centre Milaneo and Stuttgart public library.

Dirty coffee machine, stain on some places in the room (bed headboard, suitcase bench), non-working (entertainment) tablet

There was no cocktail selection at the hotel bar on Saturday evenening because they didn’t have juice. It’s hard to believe that the bar is so unprepared. If they don’t serve the cocktails, why put it in the menu?

Having breakfast with a deejay set or lounge music has been pleasant.

The parking place is not in the hotel but located outside so not really convenient. They have a valet service but not always available,

a deposit of 25 euros per room is taken in case of damage. booking did not give me that information. the information is that they have nothing to do with boking

We loved the rooms, very modern and clean. This was our second visit to Jaz in Stuttgart and wouldn’t hesitate in coming back again.

A little disappointed that the bar and restaurant wasn’t open. Perhaps we should have been notified of this when we made our booking.
