De locatie van het appartement.

Het appartement is echt basic, saai, geen schilderij of andere versieringen. Geen thee/vaatdoeken, precies van alles vier stuks (glazen, bestek, borden). Het is echt allemaal minimalistisch. In de badkamer geen plankje voor toilettas, geen haakjes voor kleding, douche cabine heeft schimmel, slechts een rolletje toiletpapier. Het bed ruikt niet fris en het kraakt bij omdraaien. Matras is niet geweldig. Het zou goed zijn als de eigenaar ook eens een paar nachten hier gaat slapen en het zelf gaat ervaren.

It's a very nice apartment, it has everything that is needed. The bed is comfortable. The location is also very central. The owner is fast to respond. I would definitely rent it again!

The only issue is the noise from the street, but other than that everything is perfect.

This is definitely not a luxury apartment but it was good size, comfortable, had the basic amenities we needed and most of all the location is fantastic. Definitely good value for money!

More towels would have been good. We like the apartment but to bring up the quality, details in cleaning like the standing fans in the bedrooms would help.

The apartment was spacious and located near to the shopping mall which was amazing!

We requested for more toilet rolls and were rejected given we have 5 people staying in for 5 nights and we only got 2 toilet rolls. The room's wall were full of dead mosquitoes, suggest cleaning it up before renting it out again.

Location was excellent and the apartment was in a quiet street with good shopping facilities very closeby.

A lot of the plates and mugs were chipped or cracked and should have been replaced. The handle from the oven door was missing. There was an issue with the shower which needed updating (separate email sent).

Didn't like the way we were treated by the woman Ana. . We requested a refund and she went missing from communication to us and booking. Com, who couldn't contact her. Whilst I could see her on the Watts app.. She refused to communicate only when it suited her. She resurfaced when we had to stay and suck it up as she would not refund our money. She is not suited to tourism felt conned and the apartment is not represented accurately with the photos. Ana had a contemptous attitude. She pretended she couldn't speak English and hid behind texts. Also we booked the cheapest apartment. But what they don't tell you I there is no lounge just a small dog bed at the end of the kitchen for your money you get a bedroom with tiny wardrobe a bathroom and a kitchen. No balcony and no lounge seating area. In the advertising it shows it has a seating area but it does not. I took photos of all of it. Spend your money elsewhere and with nice people. Everyone in the block was complaining. others had booked for a month but they wouldn't change thier bedding or towels sheet in a month. What kind of dive is this!??? The apartment smelt bad too.

location was very good - in the center and near by shopping mall La Vie, everything os close and achievable

Cleaning was done very very bad, kitchen was not equipped as it should, frying pans were awful, sponges to wash dishes were deeply used, no shelf’s to put clothes (very old wardrobes are there, but without shelf’s), toilet paper finished in 3 days and there wasn’t extra. Unfortunately very poor furniture in this apartment, I was afraid to sit down on the sofas, because they were very cheap, old and seems dirty.

Musty smell in the bedroom, door out to balkony was leaky so wind and noise from the street. Hairdryer was broken. Completely useless WiFi . Had to restart the wifi-router many times. We are in 2022 for god sake.
