The only thing that is ok is location.

Location that host provide is not correct and when we call them to ask where exactly the place is? and we told them where we are which very near the apartment. Host told us that their colleague will find us so we just wait but finally no one came out to find us and after standing for 15 mins. we started to find the place by ourselves. When we found the place, the host just stood their in front of the door waiting us to find them and host said She didn't know where to find us so she better stood their !!! :( Actually they could call us and ask where are we??? We just called them and they had our mobile phone no. The place is not clean, full of dust. Iron doesn't work. Washing machine full of washing powder that last guest left over so we need to clean it up before using it. At night there are many restaurants down there so a bit noisy.

I liked the location and coziness of the apartment. There are enough equipments to cook or prepare drinks.

Only minor issue was one of two heaters did not work in bigger room. This made the room a little colder than the other one.

Location was exceptionally good right in the center of Vienna, walking distance to many attractions and museums like Belvedere, Opera, Albertina, Cafe Central. The apartment was spacey and bright, perfect for the stay of 3 adults with 2 large and comfortable bedrooms. It was also good that toilet and shower were separated. Our hostes Marta was reacheable any time and was very helpful.

We just had an issue with coffee machine and I thought there could be more amneties like a small shampoo in the bathroom, pepper in the kitchen etc.

Great location, very clean apartment and very spacious for four people. Host was very accommodating with letting us leave our luggage early and also offered to store luggage on day of departure and meet us again to hand it over. Great service!

A little noisy at night, windows don’t block out noise well.

The apartment was very well located, easy access to main sites in the city center. Lot of restaurants, cafes nearby, a very nice area. Everything was within walking distance in the center. We thought it would be pretty noisy in the evening, but the windows are perfectly isolated, it was very calm. Our host was very nice and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped , the apartment very comfy, and perfect cleanliness.

One bathroom for two rooms, it needed a little organization as we were 4.

Location, but this appartment was not good, 5th. floor without an elevator and others. I would not take it again. Not recommended.

The elevator does not work even though it appears as active. This made us go up 5!!! floors with bags and suitcases. The owner did not give us any service or discount. Will never take this again. Service is bad, owner not nice. No parking for the car.

The apartment is in excellent and very convenient location! Very cure , very clean. We only stayed one day but we enjoyed very much. Marta the hostess was very responsive, very accommodative! Thank you!it was

Everything was perfect.

It was very clean and tidy, Everything was available in the Apartment that we need from the Coffee machine to Dryer. Toilet and Bathroom both was cleaned.

No Comments, As every thing was organized and nice.

Very neat apartment with a very pleasant host. Excellent location - between the old city and the Vienna city park (Stadtpark). All in all great value for money and a nice place to stay.

Not much to say here. Though if i really have to: - the shower curtain/door is basically useless - there was no coffee machine of any sort But those are more nuances than actual cons.
