The location is excellent for exploring the older city of Vienna. The Hop-on-Hop-off bus route is very close. The hotel has a great selection for breakfast. The suites are very roomy and comfortable.

The location is convenient. walking distance to most of the main attractions.

I had good expectations due to the excellent reviews however was disappointed. The classic room we had was super basic. They had hot water issues so couldn’t even have a shower one morning. Then when it finally came on the hair dryer didn’t work. I was very underwhelmed and overall disappointed as was expecting more due to the reviews.

Close to center and most of City sightseeing. Neer to main station CAT train ( from and to airport ). Good size apparment for family.

Spacious, clean room with daily house keeping. Friendly staff. Location was approx 2-3km from the town centre. Good Gym facility with a sauna. A safe, kettle and a minibar were in the room. A lounge area with a couch and chair, also a desk too.

Better lighting to the gym. Sloppy ceiling in the bedroom in the corner of the room. (not a big issue).

Location: tube station just in front of the hotel. Very close to city centre and to train station going to airport. Room very clean and soundproofed: never heard any voice from other rooms. Rich breakfast

This was an amazing stay from start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to help us with a problem we had during the stay. The breakfast was excellent, room was spotless, and the bathroom was larger than I expected. I would highly recommend this property. it was definitely worth the money.

Only downside we experienced, there is no ability to set the thermostat during the winter, and this means that the room was very hot during our stay, we ended up sleeping with the windows open.

pull out bed a bit improvised- would be better to have something more comfortable for the “third” person room while generally clean seemed quite dusty and this plus limits of ventilation made it less comfortable for sleeping than it might have been

spatious rooms, close to stadtpark and 10 mins walking distance to inner stadt (city center). it’s also close to Ubahn, so you can get to Schonnbrun palace in 20 mins

the rooms were not that warm, compared to other hotels we stayed at in the same period. we were 2 adults with a 1.5 year old, still, we had just 2 big towels in the bathroom and a very small bottle of shower gel.

The location of the hotel is very good. You can walk about 15-20 minutes to the main attractions or use public transport, which is a couple of minutes away. The hotel staff are wonderful, always helpful and happy to recommend places to visit. The hotel was quiet, the room was cleaned every day, nothing disturbed our stay.

The hotel is in a central location, about 150m from stadpark underground station, and a few hundred meters from the CAT station (the direct train to the airport). Also there's a big supermarket less than 100m from the hotel. The room was excellent, very clean, and the staff was very nice and willing to help with every need.

Not really a wrong thing, just keep in mind that the reception is closed for the night, so if you have to leave and catch a flight in the middle of the night or early morning, just use the backdoor in the same floor (;

Convenient location to everything

Staircase wasn't cleaned from arrival Mon to departure Wed. Booked twin beds and got a double, was told by receptionist that it was subject to availability ( this wasn't on the website)
