The girl at the hotel reception where I picked up the keys is very helpful and nice! There are several buses to take from the hotel to the apartment so it is not that inconvenient that you have to pick up the keys at another location. The apartment is very well equipped, it has all the necessary things one needs. The rooms were clean. The host even arranged a baby crib for us which we appreciated a lot. The balcony is big and nice. There is a small playground for kids near the pool. The beach is 5min on foot.

One of the elevators did not work, but I am sure it will be fixed soon. Also, some people might not appreciate the water adjustments in the shower - it takes a lot of time to adjust the water temperature and the water switches often from hot to cold, but this is the case with the majority of gas boilers I guess.

Good location. Comfortable and clean appartement with terrace. We enjoyed our stay.

No coffee machine. Only one set of keys available.

Very close to the beach, bus, supermarket. There are some nice restaurant on the beach too, very close. For our family with 2 kids, it was a perfect stay. Even though it was pretty far away from oceanografic and city center, staying on the beach every evening was a big big plus. Also we had the possibility to leave the luggage at the hotel reception when we arrived and the day we left for a few hours.

It would have been nice to have some change sheets for stays longer than 3-4 days...but still we managed it without.

Location was perfect. Balcony was a bonus, especially as the sun catches it throughout the day.

We had the adress and the hotel was contacting us the day of our arrival and also the day before our departure. Bij the arrival we received all the informatoion we wanted

once We eventually found the property it was good, we did have some challenges with communication as we don’t speak Spanish and we were not dropped at the right address by taxi.
