Everything perfect!

Easy comms from a few days beforehand & very straightforward meet @ premises. Size of units s great, on-site laundry, outsize shower a bonus. Super contactable and helpful staff. Small super alert 2/3 mins walk for day to day use. Short walk to sandy beach with umbrellas for use in the apt.

We’d definitely return. Upstairs bedroom is accessed via spiral staircase. Not an issue for us but could be for guests with mobility issues (no upstairs bathroom). Property is accessed up a short sharp hill, again not an issue for us.

We had an amazing time at the Riva Sea Apartments. The location was just perfect and about 7 minutes walk to the nearest beach. The private parking is secure and it is just next to the apartments. The pool was big enough and clean. There was always pleanty of sun laounches available for our family of 4. The view from the apartment is amazing! We are definitely recommend this place for everyone!

Good communication

That the parking was gated, so that it was not possible to park the car and leave the luggage while exporing till check-in time.

Excellent location for exploring the area. The check in and out was very simple. Excellent communication with host before and during stay. The pool area was fantastic, lovely to relax. Parking was very easy just steps from apartment. Really enjoyed the apartment, it was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom. Appreciated having the washing machine downstairs to use as needed. Super apprecative of the welcome gift, the little sicilian cookies are so good, I sought out the bakery in town to stock up. Lovely gift that I won't forget. Overall just a really great stay, would definitely love to return.

We were staying end of October as family of 5 with 3 young kids. Our apartment had everything what we need. Easy contact before check in and for any other queries during the stay via WhatsApp.   We were out of session and it was not too busy so most of the times we had pool for ourselves. During our stay our 5 and 7 year old learnt how to swim:) The sandy beach is only 5min walk. Some nice spots there with shallow water perfect for kids.  5min drive to Castellammare del Golfo center charming port town and some nice restaurant's.   Highly recommed when there visit  Zingaro reserve.   Overall great place in perfect location.

The location was good with lovely views and a nice swimming pool.
