Everything is good. Except the false description regarding the room. on booking.com page it stated that the room provided with 2 bed for 3 person.1 queen 1 single but actly it was 1 queen bed so my frend had to sleep on sofa in the living room..

Provide more cooking facilities

- No water hose near the toilet bowl. - Shld provide disposable cutlery for Muslim's guest. - Not enough power socket in the bedrm. Existing shld not be on the bed itself.. Unsafe. Tq

the house is quiet comfortable. there’s refrigerator, induction kitchen, kettle, washing machine. i suggest the owner should provide microwave so it will make it easy to heat up the food.

wifi is so limited and slow connections. it has only one tv channel that functioning well. their security is good, but it too much. lift are so bad because you have to wait for too long.

Easy check-in and out. Clear instructions from the host. The ID and furniture looks a bit old but cleanliness is superb, and beds are very comfortable, therefore no complaints from me. Probably just change the patchy wallpapers with painting. Lastly, would have been perfect if there is a microwave for reheating food.

The queue for entrance, for facilities, for lifts always took out quite some time of ours. Probably due to long weekend holiday. Ended up I used the staircase with all my luggage on the day of checkout as I've waited for almost half hour with all the again, hard-to-get lifts being full. Thanks to the host for not rushing me. Instructions for the registration of pool by the guard also unclear. I went for registration on the first morning and we can only register for morning session. Need to come again at 3pm for afternoon sessions. Went again next day morning and was told the first session actually need to register the day before. Luckily manage to get the second session, else my children will be deeply disappointed.

Friendly staff, clean house, quiet

No mirror in the bedroom or living room (women need mirror) & no ironing board

House is overall clean. Landlord is friendly and approachable. Affordable price. Great swimming experience for kids, just session need to be booked earlier due to the new norm.

One of the induction stove is not working. The hidden side of hood need to be cleaned up. The bathroom opened glass could expose unnecessary view, so appreciate it to be closed. If the pillow could be upgraded that will be great.
