The location was great and we had a lot of fun!

Incredible place for your family vacation

Pros: -Great Location -Each bedroom has a full bathroom -parking for two vehicles (Tahoe and a Traverse fit) -easy communication with owner -enough group for a large group Cons: -When you arrive, the house will be 80 degrees…that’s way too warm for a multiple level house when trying to unpack..it took about 6-7 hours for the house to finally hit 70 degrees -The fridge and freezer didn’t work fully..I think it was because the house was way too warm to keep up..I was worried our lunch meat was going to expire because the fridge was too warm…we had drink packets that you put in the freezer for a slushy and they never froze! -The house needs a deep clean..when we arrived, we took our shoes off at the door..after about 15 mins the bottom of our feet was black!!! We had to wash our feet multiple times a day because of the floors!! There’s also like stains on the walls..a good scrub and a paint job would make the house perfect! -no linens provided and also no toilet paper and paper towels…make sure you bring all of that! -musty smell in the master bedroom

Good location, 1.5 blocks from the boardwalk, clean, large 4 story building with 2 car garage. I suggest adding a dresser drawer in each br, replace the mattresses. Otherwise very good.

It was close to the ocean and boardwalk. Easy accessible fir a day at the beach. And the night life of the evening.

We had a fabulous stay at this property over Labor Day Weekend! Christina was responsive to questions and the location was awesome being so close to the beach and boardwalk. The house was great, clean and easy to access and our group had a fantastic time!

We loved how close the house was to the boardwalk, restaurants, and the beach. We didn’t have to move our cars once! Unfortunately, the dryer was broken which was rough when we were hoping to have one (necessary with an infant!). Upon arrival, it appeared that the floors were not cleaned since the previous renter. They were covered in sand and turned socks/bare feet black. We were only able to find a small broom to sweep up before setting baby down. It would have been nice to have access to a vacuum! There was sand in the beds from previous renter as well. One of the days, the power went out on the block and coincidentally the front door smart lock stopped working. Half of our family was stuck inside and half stuck outside with no access initially (no manual way to get in house). We did reach out to owner, but it was a few hours before we had a reply. Thankfully, a neighbor was able to give us instruction on how to get the garage door up with power off so we could access house. The smart lock did not work the remainder of our trip and we had to enter and exit house through the garage. We did enjoy the location and the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom.

Great location and clean

We had a wonderful long weekend at this property. The kitchen was well appointed and everything was as described.

Very convenient to everything…boardwalk, beach, shopping and eateries! Owner was very accommodating. Hope to return again!

Overall the property was beautiful. The dryer did not work but a previous renter had mentioned that so some of our guests were prepared for that but others weren’t. The property was in a prime location and seconds from boardwalk, will stay again with my family.

Location was great. Having garage was great. Size of house was perfect. Private baths for each bedroom, perfect. Along with the balconies. The floors were quite dirty and couldn’t find a mop so I bought one and left it. Baseboards and ceiling fans quite dusty. Dryer broken and washer sounded terrible. Would have been nice to know before getting there. Over all great place and look forward to renting again

Pride of ownership can be seen all over this property. Our trip was great and the location couldn't be better and having the garage was key, especially with parking. Very pleased with our choice. One block to beach and boardwalk! There are a lot of stairs between each level which needs to be taken in consideration if you have someone who can't handle stairs. Communication with owner was fantastic throughout the whole process - she was great!

We had a great time, convenient location. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Nice having a garage to park.

The home was beautiful, welcoming and comfortable. Communication with Christina was great! We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was seamless, communication was spot on and we had no issues. We would love to rent again in 2023 but its already rented for our time frame. That's a bummer! Thank you Christina for sharing your beach home with us, it's amazing!!!

Would recommend this property to anyone. Loved the location and the room my family had for the stay. The place was ready to move in for vacation with easy check-in and out. Garage is a definite plus for parking too.

The property was spacious, conveniently located near the boardwalk and beach, and the owner was available for communication purposes. I would highly recommend this property for a family looking to vacation in Ocean City!

We had such a great trip at Christina’s place! The house was sooo nice and spacious, and we loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The location is also great, super close the boardwalk/beach as well as the great restaurants on the bay side. Would definitely stay again!

Great house and very close to the boardwalk and beach for convenience.

It’s a block from the boardwalk so it’s easy to get there, but far enough away that it’s quiet at night. Having a garage was a plus as well. It was our first time using vrbo and we had a wonderful experience

Renting the property was easy and the description of the property was spot on for what we were looking for. Although physically checking into the property was very easy and convenient the time we were allowed into the property was not. We were promised 3 PM but we’re not allowed into the house until 4:30/5PM because there was a huge miss communication between the homeowner and the cleaning crew resulting in us having to change our whole night plans

I stayed at this house for 5 days with my family. It was great communication from the start! Christina is fantastic and made everything so easy from check-in to checkout. There was a mix-up with housekeeping but it was not a huge issue for us. Highly recommend this rental for a wonderful host experience and prime location to everything. We will be returning our next trip!

The living room furniture needs to be upgraded sofas/chairs. Sofa wasn’t comfortable for sitting it is more like a day bed than a sofa. There’s a musty/stuffy smell throughout the condo. Cleaning service is not doing a good job, trash was found behind the sofa. Rooms are spacious, no closet on third floor very inconvenient no place to hang clothes. Location of condo was great. Wi-Fi not good kept dropping. Poor air conditioning on third floor wall unit was disconnected from window had to do some patching.

My sister and I , Do not live close together. So I decided to rent a place at the beach and all of us get together. And that’s what happened and we had a wonderful time. And yes I would rent this condo again. It was beautiful.

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. Everything was clean, well stocked kitchen, and close to all the fun. Would definitely try to book again the next time we come down!

This is a beautiful house with plenty of space. We bought a blow bed for the kids to sleep on. The only thing that I want to inform anyone with is it plenty of steps. I had my parents with me and my mother has an infused leg so it was a lot on her. So if you have any leg or knee problem just keep that in mind. But over all beautiful home and Christine (The Owner) is a very nice person. She was just a phone call away if you have any issues

Christina is an amazing host! The house was exactly as described and very close to the boardwalk. Christina checked in with us on our arrival day and was extremely responsive to us throughout our entire stay. I would definitely recommend this house and working with Christina!

The house is nice, the location is great. There was no sheets, blankets, towels or wash rags in the property at all. There was a lot of paint chips on the walls, dirty shots on the walls and the refrigerator and oven were Disgusting. The oven looks like it hadn’t been clean in months and the refrigerator had what looked like dry blood in all the cracks. I didn’t even want to put food in it. The third floor is very creepy and way to high for my liking.
