WE zijn geweldig geholpen met vervoer toen we een probleem met de fiets hadden.

De douche was eruug krap ! Zeker voor lange mensen !!
Dat er werkzaamheden aan de dijk bij ons hotel waren! Daar werden we door gewekt omdat de graafwerkzaamheden vroeg begonnen en tot laat doorgingen! We hadden enige compensatie verwacht! Hoe klein dan ook! Bv in de vorm van een gratis drankje of zoiets! Zou netjes geweest zijn !
We mochten wel met onze fiets door de ingang van het hotel om deze veilig te kunnen stallen! Dat was top

Location is perfect. In the middle of the village, vey busy terrace.
This is advertised as a 3 star hotel but it has no lift and no AC. As a result the room was so hot and even at night it was 30*C. We complaint but the only answer was, sorry we know. The hotel will be modernized. But for nearly € 400 for 2 nights it is a shame. Theu did not even has a ventilator that works. No fresh OJ for breakfast! We had to buy it across the street in the supermarket. It was a very bad experience. The hotel refused to reimburse 50% as requested but offered a lunch for 2....

We had the rooms with sea view and the view from there was exceptional. We all enjoyed the stay a lot. The breakfast was very standard and no complains there as well. The location is very close to the Ferry depot, two bus stops, shopping stores, restautents and of course to the sea. We also went there for birding and we did see many species quite close to this hotel.

Location, staff, restaurant and breakfast all were well. We enjoyed our stay a lot. It is a quiet hotel and offers all one needs. Lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood to choose from. Lots of stores to buy souvenirs.

Staff: Very friendly and responsive to questions and requests.
Breakfast: Very good and relaxed buffet with a broad selection of dishes.
Restaurant: 3 different restaurants in the same building with wonderful and attentive staff...especially Amy!

Great atmosphere and good cuisine. Compliments to the Chef and staff!
The room is difficult to ventilate. The shower in the bathroom is too small. Perhaps the bath should be removed to allow for a walk-in shower and gain space for the hanging toilet (which hangs too low). The bed is of excellent quality and sleeps well.

The bed is really comfortable, the amazing views of our balcony are a plus. The service to take the luggage to your ferry is quite convenient.
