When i arrive at the reception desk, lady tells me that i dont have reservation, when i show her e-mail confirmation from the hotel she laughs at me and told me "This is automated message from the system". Never, believe me NEVER book this hotel or you have to travel hundreds kilometers аnd in the late evening you find yourself without a place to stay.

The location was perfect, one minute wall to the beach. The staff was really nice and helpful, attending quickly to our problems. It gave an overall nice vibe.

We had some problems when we arrived, but they all got resolved very quickly and with a smile.

Beds are comfortable and the breakfast was ok. Staff was really helpful and kind.

There where couple of spider webs is the room but overall it was clean

I did like the hotel but there was a problem with some rusty water all the time during our 4 days stay. After my bad review in Google they blamed me that the reason of my bad impressions from the hotel was my fault. I don't want to come back to the hotel ever again. Some Bulgarian hotel owners really don't know how to welcome their guests and to be honest when there is a real problem. It was also unacceptable to justify the situation with the fact that this is a 2 stars hotel. On booking is rated as a 3 stars hotel! The water couldn't be mysteriously clear when the staff checked the room. The rusty water and the smell of rust couldn't disappear spontaneously. I don't have any reason to lie because all my family, including 2 small kids, had to have a bath with this water before they propose me on the 3th day to use the bathroom of another room. My only wish is that people stop ignoring the problem, pretending that everything is OK and that the customer is wrong! It is better to solve the problem itself!

I stay only one night at hotel since we extended holiday for one day and was all good. Room was clean, wifi and breakfast was good and bed was really comfortable. Beach is just nearby. Nice and polite owners/staff. I requested a parking at property and I received 2 mails about this request. First was that they will pay a parking for us at place nearby and second mail (few hours later) that they can't provide us parking spot anymore ( we arrived late) and that they offer free cancelation of booking because of this matter. I find this gesture a huge bonus as they did care about our request. I didn't cancel booking and I parked car just somewhere along the main street where I saw more cars parked (approx 350 meters away). So overall 10/10 from my side.

Aircon takes a while to cool down the room since is centralized system. Suggestion to property; providing some small cloth rack to dry clothes on balcony would be great (at least we didn't have it).

The staff is very welcoming, the manager helped us with the parking, even though the resort was packed. The location is pretty good, 50 m from the seaside.

Nobody in the hotels wears mask, it seems that there is no Covid. But this is the situation in all Sunny beach.

the hotel has limited parking space, and if that is full you will have to find parking somewhere close, which we did - for free, at 3 min walk from the hotel.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. We had big balconies with great sea view and the Old town of Nessebar. The staff are friendly, helpfull and great, location is also good, becasue it is 2 min away from the beach and it is in the relatively calm part of the resort.

Limitted parking space available, however, there is a pay parking right next to the hotel, so it was not really a problem.

I didn't liked breakfast at all, nothing different, same food everyday, not enough plates and cups for everyone, for making a sandwich we had only one kind of salami (parizer) which is the cheapest

The hotel was in a prime location with excellent facilities for the standard of hotel. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful
