Our apartment was spacious & modern. Great facilities. Bed was extremely comfortable. Nicely decorated. There was nothing we didn’t like. 10/10

A hair dryer

A really lovely stay! The hotel is located in a quiet, safe area but only a 15 minute walk to the old town. We walked this twice most days and found it to be fine. Ubers are also extremely cheap if needed. Staff were professional, helpful and friendly. Very clean but some cleaning staff who cleaned our apartment each day were definitely better than others. Our apartment was modern, bright and incredibly spacious. AC worked well. Great to have two bathrooms and two bedrooms rather than having to use a sofa bed in a living room. Huge fridge & freezer. Great to have a balcony. Very handy having two pools. Lovely waterfall shower. Great supermarket just across the road which we loved. Airport transfers well organised. Grounds are really well kept and very clean.

Sun loungers could do with being updated. Balcony furniture could be better as it was old & a bit grubby & doesn’t really match the modern feel of the apartment.

Room was very nice, pools were clean and good. Breakfast excellent.

Minor points. Shower leaked which was damaging the door frame so the bathroom door would not shut. It was like that on arrival so some maintenance required. From a personal point of view we thought it would have been good if one of the two pools was adults only.

We've stayed in Vila Branca many times and love the location, facilities and the familiarity!

The apartment was lovely, but alterations have made large apartments into studios!

The property is stunning. Room is very comfortable with lots of space and a very convenient kitchenette. Had such a wonderful and comfortable stay. Staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

We only stayed one night, which means we didn’t get to enjoy all the pool and other facilities, but they seem great.

Both pools were lovely and clean, really quiet around the hotel and staff very friendly.

We paid for ‘standard view’ balcony which consisted of a balcony covered by loads of huge overhanging trees so absolutely no sunshine would be on the area. We paid to upgrade upon arrival after seeing this

No iron is available at all

The apartment was massive (although the furniture was sparse and with no pictures or fitting felt cold) and freshly renovated. We were on the ground floor and had a garden size patio with full sunshine. Car parking was easy and secure. Our package included a very good breakfast.

The location is a slog into town or the cliffs. There are a couple of restaurants and supermarkets nearby but I think a car is essential.

Spacious apartment that had a modern kitchen and bathroom with reasonably comfortable beds. The pool was close and pleasantly located.

The apartment felt like an empty concrete box, lacking in warmth and character and furniture for such a large apartment. More work needs to be done to create a welcoming atmosphere. We made it homely by adding our own rugs that I had brought with me.

Breakfast area was fabulous

A little out of the way of the town but local uber was very easy to use ... i am not very mobile or it waoud be 20 minute stroll into the harbour area

We were very pleasantly surprised by the self-catering apartment here! Super clean and modern with all the necessary supplies for cooking, very pleasant staff, and affordable prices in the restaurant (surprisingly amazing pizza, too!). We will definitely recommend this place to others wanting to stay in Lagos and would in the future make it our home-base for exploring the region.

Good size apartment. Very clean. All staff cleaning helpful. The female receptionist was very helpful and friendly the male receptionist not so helpfully.

The restaurant was awful. We had lunch on arrival club sandwich and chips. Very poor ingredients processed ham and cheese. Small portion of chips over cooked.

The trip was on the winter that means we found the area very calm and quiet Except some maintenance needed, the appartment looks very recent. Kitchen was complete with all needed and all very clean.

Very poor and faulty WiFi. Appartement was very cold for the winter and the air conditioned was not enough to warm up. Bed clothes not enough for the winter season. The boiler was just enough for one shower. Windows locking system was not working. Severel maintenance works needed on that particular appartment.

Kitchen worked very well for breakfasts. The pool was too cold this time of year, so we did not use it. We access the trail to Luz quite easily from the hotel location.

We had to put a deposit down in order to have a coffee maker. I also would have liked if there was an outdoor hottub open. It would have been lovely after all the walking that we did. We took a chance, with it being the off season, that we could get into our room a little early. But our plane landed early, bags arrived early and we were the first through customs. Got to Lagos at 1100 am. They kept to their 4 pm check in rule. Only when we walked back to the hotel lobby and fell asleep there, at 330 pm, did we get our room.

we know this place and we do like the surroundings .

we have wrote serveral times. asked for a specific room which we had last year. when we arrivel we was told that we have been upgrated. we Saw the apartment. and ask to be Down grated so we could get the Old apartment . yes, no problem but we have to pay euro 75
